観の自由度が大きい建物を構築出来る。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the roof mounting structure of the lower building of the invention allows roof panels to be laid simply by arranging bundles and support materials on the outer surface of the upper floor concrete wall panels. Moreover, the roof panel is supported in a stable state by the bundle material and the receiving material, and the tip end side of the roof panel is placed within the mounting concave surface, so that the rain can be completely shut off. Therefore, it becomes possible to construct a lower room by appropriately attaching a roof to a concrete wall that has been manufactured in advance in a factory, etc., and it is possible to construct a building with a large degree of freedom in floor plan and appearance.
