Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 据付場所に固設される車体側のレールと、該
    車体側のレールに前後移動可能に嵌合して座席を
    支持する座席側のレールとから成るレールユニツ
    トを有するシートアジヤスタが設けられており、
    該シートクツシヨンの後端部に装着されるフイニ
    ツシヤ装置を備えた車両用シートであつて、 前記フイニツシヤ装置は、シートクツシヨンの
    後端部を後方から覆うとともに、前記レールユニ
    ツトの後端部を後方から覆い、座席が前方に移動
    した際に前記車体側のレールが相対的に移動して
    通抜け可能な挿通部が形成されたフイニツシヤ本
    体と、 該フイニツシヤ本体に、前記挿通部を塞ぐ閉じ
    位置と、座席が前方に移動した際に前記車体側の
    レールの後端部に相対的に押し開かれて該車体側
    のレールの後端部に乗り上る開き位置とに揺動可
    能に支持されるリツド部材とから成り、 該リツド部材を前記閉じ位置に揺動する方向へ
    付勢したことを特徴とする車両用シート。 ２ 前記リツド部材を前記閉じ位置に揺動する方
    向へ付勢する付勢手段を、前記リツド部材を揺動
    可能に枢支するとともに、軸線上の前記フイニツ
    シヤ本体側に係合して回転不能位置と外れて回転
    可能位置とに変位可能な枢軸と、 該枢軸に巻着され、一端が前記枢軸に相対的に
    回転不能に係止し、他端が前記リツド部材に係止
    するコイルばねとから構成したことを特徴とする
    請求項１記載の車両用シート。 ３ 前記シートクツシヨンに取付ブラケツトを介
    して前記フイニツシヤ本体を固設したことを特徴
    とする請求項１または２記載の車両用シート。
