    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開口周縁部に鍔部３を有する容器本体１と、容
    器本体１の開口部および鍔部３を覆いかつ下面に
    熱封緘材層６を有する蓋２とよりなり、容器本体
    １が、合成樹脂フイルムよりなる第１層４および
    これの外面に離れやすい状態に接合された金属箔
    もしくは合成樹脂フイルムよりなる第２層５を備
    えた積層シートによりつくられていて、容器本体
    開口周縁部もしくは周縁部寄り部分と先端寄り部
    分とにおいて鍔部３の第１層４に、内外一対の切
    り目１１，１２がそれぞれ鍔部３の略全周をめぐ
    るように設けられ、外部切り目１２より外側の鍔
    部先端部分３ａが下向きに折り曲げられ、両切り
    目１１，１２の中間において鍔部３の第１層４と
    、これに対応する蓋２の熱封緘材層部分６Ａとが
    加熱融着せしめられている、食品包装用易開封容
    器。
