(2) Prior art In general, a plurality of scaffolding bolts are provided at required intervals on the outer circumferential surface of a utility pole, facing each other.
The left and right scaffolding bolts that line up in the length direction of the utility pole have an approximately half-pitch mounting misalignment, so when working in a fixed position on the pole, it is necessary to work in an unstable position with one leg supported, which is extremely dangerous. This has the disadvantage that efficiency is low and fatigue levels are high.

Therefore, in Utility Model Publication No. 39-12459 and Utility Model Publication No. 39-12460, pole-mounted portable scaffolding is provided in which a scaffolding rod can be attached to any position on a telephone pole. Since the pole is attached by tightening a chain around the outer circumference of the pole, it takes time to attach and remove it, and if the chain is not tightened completely, there is a risk of it slipping off or falling, which poses a safety problem. be. In addition, since the entire device is made of metal, it is heavy and inconvenient to transport.

(5) Function The scaffolding for utility pole work with the above configuration consists of the scaffolding bolts installed at different levels on both sides of the utility pole.
Attach the engaging part of the hanging member to the upper scaffolding bolt,
Place the engaging part of the pulling member on the lower scaffold bolt, place a tread below the upper scaffold bolt at approximately the same level as the lower scaffold bolt, and work using the tread and the lower scaffold bolt. It is designed to support both legs of a person.

The scaffolding for utility pole work shown in the embodiment has the above-mentioned structure, and the scaffolding for utility pole work is carried out by engaging the hook 9 of the hanging member 3 and the loop 8 of the attraction member 4 with the scaffolding bolt provided on the utility pole. The footboard 1 is held approximately horizontally so that it can be supported by one foot of the person.

Now, as shown in Fig. 2, among the scaffolding bolts B provided on both sides of the utility pole P, fit the hooks 9 of the hanging member 3 with the upper scaffolding bolt B, and then attach the hook 9 to the lower scaffolding bolt B. When the loop 8 of the attraction member 4 is engaged, below the scaffold bolt B on the upper stage side,
The treadle 1 is supported at approximately the same level as the scaffolding bolts B on the lower stage side. Therefore, both legs of the worker can be supported by the footboard 1 and the scaffolding bolts B on the lower stage, and since the worker takes a working posture that is inclined with respect to the utility pole P, the outer circumference of the utility pole P is The tensioning member 4 extending along the section is tensed, and the tension of the tensioning member 4 acts as a steady rest for the footboard 1, so that the worker can be supported extremely stably.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the hanging member 3 and the attracting member 4 are formed by two ropes L and l, but the materials of each member 3 and 4 may be arbitrary, and strong and flexible materials may be used. It is fine as long as it is something.

For example, when forming the hanging member 3 and the attracting member 4 using belts, as shown in FIG. The tread plate 1 is overlapped, and the presser foot 10 is placed on top of the tread plate 1 by nailing or other means.
A loop 7 is made by sewing or other means from the folded portion of the belt which is used as the hanging member 3, and a hook 9 is connected to the loop 7. In addition, two belt insertion holes 11 are provided in the belt serving as the attraction member 4.
The adjustment plate 12 having the following is installed in advance, and the adjustment plate 1
2 toward the folded portion of the belt to form a loop 8 at the folded portion of the belt.

By using the adjustment plate 12 as described above, the position of the loop 8 can be changed in the length direction of the belt, so when the loop 8 is engaged with the scaffolding bolt B, A state can be created in which substantially the same tension is applied to the two belt parts extending on the footboard 1, and the footboard 1 can always be stabilized against utility poles having different outer diameters.

As shown in FIG. 4, if the two attracting members 4, 4 are connected to the footboard 1, the respective attracting members 4, 4 are aligned along the outer periphery of the utility pole P, and the loop 8 at the end is connected. By using the same scaffolding bolts B, swinging of the footboard 1 can be almost completely prevented.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, connecting fittings 13 are attached to both ends of the attracting member 4, and
3 are rotatably connected to both end surfaces of the footboard 1, the position of the attracting member 4 can be changed from one side of the footboard 1 to the other side. Even if the hanging member 3 is twisted when engaged with the scaffolding bolt B, the attraction member 4
By changing the position of the hanging member 3, the twisting of the hanging member 3 can be resolved without changing the hook 9.

In the case of the embodiment, a loop 8 is formed in the attracting member 4, and the loop 8 is used as an engaging portion for the scaffolding bolt B, but a hook may be attached to the loop 8. Further, it is preferable that the hook 9 has a lever that is always biased in a direction to close the opening of the hook portion by the elasticity of a spring.

(7) Effects As described above, according to this invention, the engaging portions provided on each of the hanging member and the pulling member can be attached to a utility pole by engaging the scaffolding bolts at different levels provided on the outer periphery of the utility pole. Since the scaffold can be attached, it is extremely easy to attach and detach the scaffold. Moreover, the tread supporting one of the worker's feet is suspended and supported by the hanging member, and is prevented from swinging by the pulling member. As a result, a stable installation condition can be obtained. Furthermore, since the hanging member and the pulling member are made of flexible materials such as ropes and belts, and the length of the tread only needs to be long enough to support one foot, it is possible to downsize the tread by wrapping each member around the tread. It can be easily stored in a waist bag that is always attached to a fall prevention safety belt, making it convenient for transportation.
