[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention makes it possible to create an underfloor machine room unlike the conventional one by distributing linear motors on the rail mounting bases of a planar loop-shaped running path. This is to replace the conveyance device that was omitted. [Prior Art] A conveyor device equipped with a conveyor table with a flat surface, for example, a so-called moving walkway on which a person can sit and move, uses an endless chain or belt with a required moving distance, and this chain has a constant convergence. A subrocket wheel or a pulley, on which the chain or belt is attached, is driven by a driving device in a so-called concentrated drive system. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] According to this concentrated drive system, tension is directly applied to the chain or belt by the drive, so the tension increases as the moving distance becomes longer. For this reason, there is a limit to the allowable travel distance due to the strength and structure of the chain or belt, and conventionally it was limited to about 200 meters per chain.
It is impossible to make it too long. Furthermore, the chain belt can be bent in the forward and backward directions, that is, in the vertical direction in a straight line in the driving direction of the chain belt. For this reason, the return side of the chain or belt is placed below the outbound side, and the outbound side below this is placed under the floor. This transport device is driven by a central drive system in the machine room located under the floor.
It requires a large space under the floor. Therefore, if there is no space under the floor for installing a machine room, the transport device cannot be installed. Additionally, because it is a centralized drive system, there are many mechanically sliding parts, which causes parts to wear out during use, requiring periodic inspection and maintenance. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the need for a machine room and to simplify maintenance. [Means for solving the problem] A plurality of linear motors are distributed and arranged along a planar loop-shaped traveling path and fixed to a frame of the traveling path, and a traveling bogie is distributed and driven by the linear motors. They are arranged in an endless manner on the running path, the adjacent running bogies are movably connected, and a treadle is provided on each running bogie so as to follow the bending of the running bogie and slide. To movably support a traveling truck on a traveling rail.

The conveyance H station of the present invention will be explained below as an example of a moving walkway. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a running path, and as long as it is loop-shaped in plan, its shape is not limited and can be made into various shapes. This running path 1 is constructed by installing a large number of running rail mounts 2 at predetermined intervals in the direction of movement, either on a pedestal (not shown) fixed at a predetermined height above the floor surface, or in a groove formed by digging into the floor surface. Two running rails 3, 3 are arranged and fixed to this running rail mounting base 2 in parallel with each other. A plurality of near motors 4 (primary side) are distributed and installed on the rail mounting base 2 at a plurality of locations on the running path 1.

The primary side of this linear motor is disposed at appropriate intervals so that the traveling carriage guided along the traveling path can be smoothly driven. A plurality of traveling carts 5 are connected to each other on the traveling path 1 so that their front and rear ends in the traveling direction can be bent and swung. The traveling bogie 5 has a reaction brake 51 vertically disposed at the center of the lower part of the bogie body 50 along the running direction of the bogie, and either the front or rear of the bogie body 50 in the running direction (the latter example in the figure). Bosses g852a and 52a are provided protruding from the upper and lower parts of the vehicle, respectively, and boss portions 52a. 5 2
A shaft 53 is vertically supported between the two bosses 52a, and the bogie frame 64 is supported by the shaft 53 so as to be able to swing in the left-right direction. Horizontal rollers 55, 55 are supported facing each other, and the horizontal rollers 55, 55 are arranged so as to come into contact with the inner surfaces of two running rails 3, 3 arranged in parallel. The bogie frame 54 has a U-shape when viewed from above, and has a boss portion 54a provided with a bearing 54d protruding from the center thereof. Both left and right frame pieces 5 4 protrude from the boss portion 54a to both sides
b. 5 4 c support running wheels 56.56 facing each other, and these running wheels 56.56 are placed on the running rails 3, 3 so as to be freely transferable, so as to support the load of the running truck.

Further, a spherical bearing 57 is disposed as a self-aligning device between the opposing frame pieces 5 4 b and 5 4 c of the U-shaped bogie frame 54 and directly below the boss portion 54 a.
The shaft 53 is penetrated to lock the spherical bearing 57, and a connecting rod 58 protruding from the spherical bearing 57 is fixed to a part of the forward running truck. This connecting rod 58
The rod has a bolt shape, and the tip of the rod is inserted into a part of the front running bogie, so that it is adjustable and supported between the front and rear running bogies, which are connected adjacently by a fixing nut 59. Therefore, one running bogie 5 is provided with one bogie body 50, and a bogie frame 54 and a spherical bearing 67 are provided protrudingly from the rear end of this bogie body 50, and the spherical bearing 67 is connected between the front and rear running bogies. When connecting at 57, the running wheels 56, 56 at the bogie interlocking position support half of the load of the front and rear running bogies in a movable manner, and the horizontal rollers 55, 55 protrude laterally at the same position. The traveling bogie 5 is guided by the traveling rail 3 and runs safely. In this way, a bogie frame is provided at the connecting part between the bogie bodies that are connected adjacently in the front and rear, so that the bogie body can run with reduced running resistance even on curved roads. The upper part of the bogie body of each traveling bogie has a top surface. A flat tread 6 is provided. This tread 6 is mounted on the top of the truck body 50 with tread support columns 60.6 in the front and back of the running direction, respectively.
1 is provided protrudingly, and a tread plate 6 is provided at the upper end of this tread support column 60, 61.
to support. Further, even if this tread plate 6 is bent at the connecting part of the traveling truck, no gap will be created in the connecting part of the tread plate. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, one end is made to protrude in an arc shape, and the other end is made into a concave shape into which the protruding arc fits, so that the protruding arc surface 6a and the concave surface 6b fit into each other, and The tread plates 6.6 slide against each other along this arcuate surface, allowing a smooth transition from the straight section to the curved section of the travel path l. A large number of traveling carts 5 configured as described above are arranged adjacently in the front and rear of the traveling direction, and a spherical bearing 57 is used to connect the adjacent traveling carts 5, 5.
and are connected to each other via a connecting rod 58 at a required interval.
At this time, the upper tread plates 6, 6 are also adjacent to each other so that the grooves and the protruding arcs fit into each other. At this time, the front and rear traveling carts 5.5 can swing laterally relative to each other using spherical bearings.
In addition, a bogie frame 54 equipped with running wheels is disposed at the running bogie connection part, and the load applied to the front and rear running bogies is supported, and at the curved line portion of the running rail 3, this bogie frame 54 responds to the radius of the curve. It's acceptable to work hard! In addition to the free t-rolling within the tread area, the treads also slide against each other on their arcuate surfaces 6a, 6b, and the running wheels always follow the running rails, making stable running possible.

The conveying device of the present invention connects traveling carts with treads on the top in an endless and movable manner, and drives the traveling carts in a distributed manner along a loop-shaped traveling path by a linear motor. A linear motor can be installed on the running path instead of requiring a large drive device, and there is no need for soundproofing or waterproofing work on the device or floor surface compared to conventional methods, simplifying the installation and reducing the height under the floor. It has many advantages, such as being able to set a low pressure and generating thrust without contacting the bogie in the direction of travel, so there are no worn parts, quiet running, and almost no maintenance required.
