Abstract

PURPOSE:To use one transfer device for two-way use by providing the footboards on respective traveling carts so that they can slide following the curvature of the traveling cart on the curve of a traveling route, and also by covering the upper part of the turning part of a loop-shaped traveling route with a fixed board, so that one side of the traveling route can be made the outward route and the other side thereof the inward route. CONSTITUTION:On the curved route of a traveling rail, a bogie cart frame 54 freely oscillates within an allowable oscillating range in accordance with the radius of curvature, and also footboards mutually slide, so that stable traveling can be achieved. On a plane loop-shaped traveling route, in the turning part of the traveling route where the outward route and inward route are partitioned, the turning part is made horizontal, and also a fixed board 7 is arranged so as to cover the upper part of the footboards situated in the turning part. In this case, the position of the footboards of the traveling route in the turning part is slightly lowered so that persons or articles transferred on the footboards on the outward side or the inward side of the traveling route can be smoothly shifted from the footboards of the traveling carts onto the fixed boards 7, and that the footboards moved to the turning part can successively slide into the underside of the fixed board 7.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a conveying device that uses one traveling path in a planar loop shape as an outgoing path and the other as a returning path. [Prior Art] A conveyor device equipped with a conveyor platform with a flat surface, such as a so-called moving walkway on which a person can ride, uses an endless chain or belt with a required travel distance. A constant-velocity treadle is provided adjacently and integrally, and a sprocket wheel or a pulley on which this chain or belt is hung is driven by a drive device in a so-called concentrated drive system. [Problem to be solved by the invention] According to the concentrated drive method, tension is directly applied to the chain or belt by the drive, so the longer the moving distance, the greater the tension. For this reason, it is permissible in view of the strength and structure of the chain or belt. There is a limit to the length of movement, conventionally up to about 200m per vehicle, and it is impossible to move anything that long.Roughly speaking, chain belts are bent toward the forward and backward directions, that is, in a straight line in the driving direction of the chain belt. It is possible to bend the chain or belt in the vertical direction. For this reason, the return side of the chain or belt is placed below the outgoing side, and the outgoing side below this is placed under the floor. Therefore, only one conveying device can be used. It can only be used for transportation in one direction, either for the outbound or return trip, and requires two conveyance devices to travel in the opposite direction.
Furthermore, it requires space under the floor to store the return side of the transport device, and the underfloor is cut to a depth twice the height of the machine, which increases construction costs. [Means for solving the problem] A plurality of linear motors are distributed along a planar loop-shaped traveling path, and traveling platforms that are distributed and driven by the linear motors are arranged endlessly along the traveling path. Adjacent running bogies are movably connected, and a treadle is provided on each running bogie so that it slides along the curve of the running track following the bending of the running bogie, and at the turn part of the loop-shaped running track. The upper part is covered with a fixed plate, and one of the loop-shaped travel paths is used as an outbound path and the other is used as a return path.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a running path, and as long as it is loop-shaped in plan, its shape is not limited and can be made into various shapes. This traveling path 1 is constructed by installing a traveling rail mounting base 2 at a predetermined interval in the direction of movement in a frame (not shown) fixed to a predetermined height above the floor surface or in a groove formed by lowering the floor surface. A large number of rails are installed, and two running rails 3, 3 are arranged and fixed in parallel to each other on this running rail mounting base 2. Then, a plurality of near motors 4 (primary side) are distributed and installed at a plurality of locations on the running path l. The primary side of this linear motor is disposed at appropriate intervals so that the traveling carriage guided along the traveling path can be smoothly driven.

Also, the opposing frame pieces 54b of the U-shaped bogie frame 54. 54c and directly below the boss portion 54a, a spherical bearing 57 is disposed as a self-aligning unit, penetrates through the shaft 53 and locks the spherical bearing 57, and is protruded from the spherical bearing 57. A connecting rod 58 is fixed to a part of the front traveling truck. This connecting rod 58 is in the form of a bolt, and the tip of the rod is inserted into a part of the forward running bogie, so that it is adjustable and supported between the front and rear running bogies which are connected adjacently by a fixing nut 59. .. Therefore, one running bogie 5 is equipped with one bogie body 50, and a bogie frame 54 and a spherical bearing 57 are protruded from the rear end of this bogie body 50, and the spherical bearing 57 is connected between the front and rear running bogies. 57, the running wheels 56.56 at the inter-bogie connection position support half of the load of the front and rear running bogies in a movable manner, and the horizontal rollers 55.55 protrude laterally at the same position. The traveling cart 5 is guided by the traveling rails 3 and runs safely.

In this way, a bogie frame is provided at the connecting part between the bogie bodies that are connected adjacently in the front and rear, so that the bogie body can run with reduced running resistance even on curved roads. The upper part of the bogie body of each traveling bogie has a top surface. A flat tread 6 is provided. This tread 6 is mounted on the top of the truck body 50 with tread support columns 60.6 in the front and back of the running direction, respectively.
1 is provided protrudingly, and a tread plate 6 is provided at the upper end of the tread support column 60, 6l.
to support. Since the turn part is covered with a fixed plate, there is no need to fit the treadle. A large number of running bogies 5 configured as described above are arranged adjacent to each other in the front and rear of the traveling direction, and the adjacent running bogies 5, 5 are spaced apart by a required interval via a spherical bearing 57 and a connecting rod 58. Link. At this time,
The upper tread plates 6 and 6 are also adjacent to each other so that the grooves and the protruding arcs fit into each other. At this time, the front and rear running bogies 5.5 can swing laterally relative to each other using spherical bearings, and a bogie frame 54 equipped with a running wheel is arranged at the running bogie connection part, so that the front and rear running bogies 5.5 In addition to supporting such a load, the bogie frame freely swings within the allowable swing range according to the radius of the curve on the curved line portion of the running rail 3, and the arcuate surfaces 6a, 6b of the treads also move toward each other. The wheels slide against each other, and the running wheels always follow the running rail, making stable running possible. In addition, in a turn section of the running path which is loop-shaped in plane, where the outbound side and the return side are separated, the turn section is made horizontal and the upper part of the treadle in this turn section is covered. Install the fixing plate 7. At this time, a person or object moving on the tread on the outbound or return side of the loop-shaped traveling path is placed at the turn section so that it can be smoothly transferred from the tread 6 on the traveling trolley to the fixed plate 7. The position of the treads on the running path will be slightly lowered so that the treads moving to the evening section will gradually slide below the fixed board. [Effects of the Invention] The conveying device of the present invention connects running carts with treads on the upper part in an endless and movable manner, and drives the running carts along a loop-shaped running path in a distributed manner using linear motors. The road is laid out in a flat manner, and its outward appearance! 1
The turn section that separates the forward and return sides is at least horizontal, and the upper part is covered with a fixed plate, so one conveyor can be used for two directions, one for the outward and one for the return, which is faster than before. This has the advantage that the equipment can be simplified and the height under the floor can be set low.
