Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 空気タイヤと該空気タイヤ構造体内に設けら
    れた集積回路のトランスポンダとからなるトラン
    スポンダ付空気タイヤにあつて、 巻かれた、またはケーブル化されたスチールワ
    イヤからなる環状の張力部材を含む、両側のビー
    ドと、前記両側の環状の張力部材の間に連続して
    張り渡された複数のプライとを有し、少なくとも
    一つのプライの端部が前記環状の張力部材の周囲
    に軸方向と半径方向に外向きに曲げられた空気タ
    イヤと、 第1と第2の電極を有し、前記プライおよび環
    状の張力部材からなるタイヤ構成部材のグループ
    の中から選ばれた1つのスチールワイヤと前記第
    1の電極の表面との間の平均距離が、前記プライ
    部材か環状の張力部材のスチールワイヤと第2電
    極の表面との間の平均距離よりも小さく、前記タ
    イヤの加硫工程の前、後いずれの場合も、該タイ
    ヤのトレツド面から半径方向に離れた外部の電源
    から前記第1、第2の2つの電極の間に十分な強
    度の振動電界が与えられたとき誘起される、振動
    電界に対応して電気信号を送信する、集積回路の
    トランスポンダとを有するトランスポンダ付き空
    気タイヤ。 2 前記タイヤの構成部材が環状の張力部材であ
    る請求項第1項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タ
    イヤ。 3 前記タイヤの構成部品が両側の環状の張力部
    材の間に連続的に伸びており、その補強材として
    ワイヤコードを有する請求項第1項に記載のトラ
    ンスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 4 前記タイヤの構成部品がスチールコードによ
    つて補強されたベルトまたはブレーカ・プライで
    ある、請求項第1項に記載のトランスポンダ付空
    気タイヤ。 5 前記トランスポンダの第1と第2の電極が、
    互に離れかつ平行な第1と第2のプレートからな
    り、前記集積回路が前記プレートの間に配置され
    、該プレートと前記集積回路とは、前記第1プレ
    ートが前記第2プレートより前記構成部品に近く
    、かつ、各プレートが該構成部品中のワイヤに平
    行になるようにタイヤの構造中に配置された、請
    求項第1項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ
    。 6 前記集積回路が、相互に離れた接触パツドを
    有し、前記第1と第2の各電極がそれぞれ集積回
    路上の対応する前記各接触パツドから伸びる導体
    を含み、前記導体の一つは構成部品のスチールワ
    イヤの方に向つて伸び、他の導体は該スチールワ
    イヤから離れる方向に伸びる、請求項第1項に記

    有し、第1と第2の各電極がそれぞれ集積回路上
    の対応する前記各接点パツドから伸びる導体を含
    み、前記導体の一つは構成部品のスチールワイヤ
    の方に向つて伸び、他の導体は該スチールワイヤ
    から離れる方向に伸びる、請求項第4項に記載の
    トランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 10 前記タイヤの構成部品が環状の張力部材の
    間に連続的に伸びており、ワイヤコードを補強材
    として有するブライである、請求項第5項に記載
    のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 11 第1の電極の表面部分の少なくとも一部が
    、スチールコードで補強されたプライと一方のビ
    ード中の環状の張力部材との間に位置する請求項
    第9項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 12 前記第1の導体の表面部分の少なくとも一
    部が、スチールコードで補強されたプライの半径
    方向外側で、かつ、そのプライ本体とその折り曲
    げ部分との間に位置し、トランスポンダの第2の
    導体が該プライの折り曲げ部分から半径方向外向
    きに伸びて位置する請求項第8項に記載のトラン
    スポンダ付空気タイヤ。 13 前記第2の導体もまたプライ本体から軸方
    向外向きに伸びる請求項第12項に記載のトラン
    スポンダ付空気タイヤ。 14 前記第1の導体が、環状の張力部材間に伸
    びるプライの半径方向外側と、ベルトまたはブレ
    ーカプライの半径方向内側との間に位置する請求
    項第9項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 15 タイヤが一方のビードの環状の張力部材の
    半径方向外側に位置する少くとも1つのエイペツ
    クスを有し、プレートとトランスポンダの集積回
    路とが該エイペツクスの内部に位置する請求項第
    10項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 16 前記トランスポンダの第2の導体が、スチ
    ールコードで補強されたベルトまたはブレーカ・
    プライの側端から離れて、プライのコードと平行
    に伸びている請求項第14項に記載のトランスポ
    ンダ付空気タイヤ。 17 前記第2の導体が第1の導体よりも大きな
    表面積を有する請求項第6項に記載のトランスポ
    ンダ付空気タイヤ。 18 タイヤが、一方のビードの環状の張力部材
    の半径方向外側に位置する2つのエイペツクスを
    有し、前記トランスポンダはこの2つのエイペツ
    クスの間に位置する請求項第6項に記載のトラン
    スポンダ付空気タイヤ。 19 両側の環状の張力部材間に伸びるタイヤの
    プライが、スチールコードで補強され、該タイヤ
    は、スチールコードで補強されたベルトまたはブ
    レーカプライを1つ以上有する請求項第1項に記
    載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 20 前記タイヤがラジアルプライタイヤである
    請求項第19項に記載のトランスポンダ付空気タ
    イヤ。 21 前記タイヤがエイペツクスを有し、前記ト
    ランスポンダがそのエイペツクスの内部に位置す

    トを含み、該平行プレートの間に前記集積回路が
    位置し、該プレート面がトランスポンダの配置さ
    れるエイペツクスに結合されている環状の張力部
    材に平行である請求項第21項に記載のトランス
    ポンダ付空気タイヤ。 23 前記トランスポンダの第1、第2の電極が
    互いに離れて平行な第1と第2のプレートからな
    り、集積回路が該プレートの間に位置し、プレー
    トと集積回路とが環状の張力部材の間に伸びるプ
    ライのスチールコードに対して第2のプレートよ
    りも第1のプレートがより近くなるようにエイペ
    ツクスの中に配置されている請求項第21項に記
    載のトランスポンダ付空気タイヤ。 24 前記タイヤの構成部品が環状の張力部材の
    一つであり、トランスポンダとその第1と第2の
    プレート電極が、液体混合物から化学合成された
    ポリエチル・ウレタンの弾性材中に埋め込まれた
