第１図は本考案にかかる減衰力発生機構を備え
た油圧緩衝器の断面図、第２図は第１図の要部拡
大断面図である。 尚、図面中、１はボトムケース、２はシリンダ
、３はフオークパイプ、１０はバルブシート支持
部、３１及び３２は油孔、３３はバルブシート、
３４は油路、３５はデイスクバルブ、３７はチエ
ツクバルブ、Ｓ１は下部油室、Ｓ２はシリンダ内
油室である。

Claims (1)
- ボトムケース内にシリンダを植設し、このボト
ムケースとシリンダとの間に上方からフオークパ
イプを摺動自在に嵌装した油圧緩衝器において、
前記シリンダの下部にはバルブシート支持部材を
取付けて、このバルブシート支持部材上には軸方
向に油路を形成したバルブシートを固着し、この
バルブシートには圧縮時に油路を開くデイスクバ
ルブを嵌着し、更にシリンダの下端部には上下に
二個の油孔を形成し、前記バルブシートの下側に
はシリンダの二個の油孔のうちの上側の油孔を圧
縮時に閉じるチエツクバルブを配設したことを特
徴とする油圧緩衝器の減衰力発生機構。
