    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アクセルペダルの踏力の大きさを検出する踏力
    検出手段と、前記アクセルペダルの一定時間内の
    踏力の平均値が所定値以上になつた時にアクセル
    ペダルの誤操作と判定する誤操作判定手段と、前
    記アクセルペダルの誤操作時に前記誤操作判定手
    段からの信号に基づいてエンジンのスロツトル弁
    を閉じるスロツトル弁開閉手段と、を具備したこ
    とを特徴とする車両のアクセル誤操作用安全装置
    。
