Description
以下、本実施例および比較例について説明する。
表4に示すサンプルNo.16~25について、VODまたはLFにて底吹きガス量を変更し、攪拌動力と攪拌保持時間を表4に示すように変更した以外は、実施例1同様に製造し、スラブ、ビレット、鋼板または棒・線材のサンプル採取と評価を行った。

精錬工程後のスラグ組成を、質量%比でCaO/SiO2:1.7以上3.0以下、Al2O3:6.0質量%以下、MgO:10.0質量%以下、および、CaF2:5質量%以上20質量%以下かつCaO/SiO2の3倍以上8倍以下とするようにCaF2を投入し、さらに、CaF2投入後に50W/ton以上の攪拌動力で5分以上溶鋼を攪拌保持する
