Description
Claims (9)
- 弁室を形成する弁本体と、複数の弁ポートが形成された弁座面を有するとともに前記弁室内に設けられる弁座部材と、前記弁ポートを弁室に対して開閉する弁体と、を備えたスライド式切換弁であって、
前記弁本体は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金によって構成され、前記複数の弁ポートのそれぞれに連通する配管の端部、又は、該配管を接続するためのコネクタを収容する収容凹部と、前記配管又は前記コネクタを固定するための被固定部と、を外面側に有し、
前記弁座部材は、前記弁本体よりも熱伝導率が低い材料によって構成され、前記弁本体の内面のうち前記収容凹部が形成された領域に重なるように配置され、
前記弁本体と前記弁座部材との間に、前記弁本体及び前記弁座部材よりも熱伝導率が低い伝熱抑制部が設けられていることを特徴とするスライド式切換弁。 - 前記弁座部材がステンレスにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記伝熱抑制部が接着材により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記弁座部材と、前記弁本体の内面のうち前記収容凹部が形成された領域と、の境界部において、前記弁本体に形成された開口の内径が前記弁ポートの内径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記弁座部材は、前記弁座面に沿ったスライド方向における両端面が、前記弁本体の内面に対して隙間を開けて対向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記弁本体は、前記弁座部材の一方の端面と対向する位置に、他の弁ポートを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記弁座部材がステンレスにより構成され、
前記伝熱抑制部が、熱溶着可能な材料により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライド式切換弁。 - 前記弁本体は、前記配管又は前記コネクタの端面に重なる重なり部を有し、
前記弁座面との直交方向における前記弁座部材の寸法が、前記重なり部の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1,2,5~7のいずれか1項に記載のスライド式切換弁。 - 前記弁体を前記弁座面に沿ったスライド方向に移動させる駆動部をさらに備え、
前記駆動部は、ステッピングモータと、前記ステッピングモータの回転を前記スライド方向に沿った直進運動に変換する変換機構と、を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスライド式切換弁。
