- 第1主面及び第2主面を有する圧電片と、
前記第1主面から前記第2主面まで貫通して設けられるビア電極と、
前記第2主面において前記ビア電極を覆う導電性のエッチストップ膜と、
前記第2主面において前記エッチストップ膜の外縁の少なくとも一部を覆う配線電極と、
前記第2主面において前記配線電極のうちの前記エッチストップ膜の外縁を覆っている部分を少なくとも覆う保護電極と、
を備える、
圧電振動素子。 - 前記保護電極の材料は、前記配線電極の材料と同じである、
請求項1に記載の圧電振動素子。 - 前記保護電極の厚さは、前記配線電極の厚さの2倍以上である、
請求項1又は2に記載の圧電振動素子。 - 前記配線電極の材料は、アルミニウムである、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の圧電振動素子。 - 前記第1主面に設けられる第1励振電極と、
前記第2主面に設けられる第2励振電極と、をさらに備え、
