Description
以下、図面を参照して、実施の形態に係る偏心揺動型減速装置100の構成を説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る偏心揺動型減速装置100を概略的に示す側面視の断面図である。図2は、偏心揺動型減速装置100の正面視の断面図である。この図では、説明に重要でない部材を省略して示している。本実施形態の偏心揺動型減速装置100は、内歯歯車と噛み合う外歯歯車を揺動させることで、内歯歯車及び外歯歯車の一方の自転を生じさせ、その生じた運動成分を出力部材から被駆動装置に出力するように構成されている。
実施の形態の説明では、偏心揺動型減速装置が、センタークランクタイプの偏心揺動型減速装置である例を示したが、本発明はこれに限られない。本発明の偏心揺動型減速装置は、外歯歯車を貫通する連結ピンと、その連結ピンを支持するキャリヤを有する種々の原理に基づく減速装置であってもよい。例えば、偏心揺動型減速装置は、内歯歯車の軸心からオフセットした位置に複数のクランク軸が配置されるいわゆる振り分けタイプの偏心揺動型減速装置などであってもよい。
Claims (5)
- ケーシングに設けられた内歯歯車と、外歯歯車と、前記外歯歯車を揺動させる偏心体と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向一側に配置される第1キャリヤと、前記外歯歯車の軸方向他側に配置される第2キャリヤと、前記第1キャリヤと前記第2キャリヤとを連結する連結ピンと、前記ケーシングと前記第1キャリヤとの間に配置された第1主軸受と、前記ケーシングと前記第2キャリヤとの間に配置された第2主軸受と、を備えた偏心揺動型減速装置であって、
前記第1主軸受は、当該軸受単体において、ラジアル荷重、スラスト荷重およびモーメントを受けられる軸受で構成され、
前記第1主軸受の種類はクロスローラ軸受または4点接触玉軸受であり、前記第2主軸受は前記第1主軸受とは異なる種類の軸受であり、
前記第2主軸受は、当該軸受単体において、ラジアル荷重を受けられるとともに、モーメントを受ける能力が前記第1主軸受よりも低い軸受で構成されることを特徴とする偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記第2主軸受は、外輪および内輪の少なくとも1つの軌道輪を有し、
前記第2主軸受は、前記軌道輪がすき間嵌めされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記第1主軸受および前記第2主軸受は、内輪、外輪および転動体を有し、
前記第2主軸受は、前記第1主軸受よりも内部すき間が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記第1主軸受は、雌ねじが設けられた内輪を有し、
前記第1主軸受は、前記雌ねじが前記第1キャリヤの雄ねじと螺合することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記第1主軸受の前記内輪は、前記第1キャリヤとインロー嵌合するインロー部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
