0.005~0.07重量%のP、
0.001~0.02重量%のS、
Feである残部、及び不可避的不純物からなる、ケイ素系合金。 - 50~80重量%のSiを含む、請求項1に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 64~78重量%のSiを含む、請求項2に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 最大0.03重量%のCを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 0.01~0.1重量%のCaを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 最大0.06重量%のTiを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 0.04~0.3重量%のMnを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 0.3~25重量%のMnを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金の製造方法であって、
Si:45~95重量%、
C:最大0.5重量%、
Al:最大2重量%、
Ca:最大1.5重量%、
Ti:最大0.1重量%、
Cr:最大0.4重量%、
Mn:最大0.3重量%、
P:最大0.02重量%、
S:最大0.005重量%、
Feである残部、及び不可避的不純物からなる液体ベースのフェロシリコン合金を準備することと、炭素を含むCr源及び所望によりMn源を前記液体フェロシリコンに添加し、それにより溶融物を得ることと、前記得られた溶融物を精錬することと、を含み、前記精錬することが、前記溶融物の鋳造前及び/又は鋳造中に、形成された炭化ケイ素粒子を除去すること、を含む、方法。 - 添加されたCr源が、高炭素フェロクロム合金、中炭素フェロクロム合金、低炭素フェロクロム合金、Cr金属、又はこれらの混合物の形態である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 添加されたMn源が、高炭素フェロマンガン合金、中炭素フェロマンガン合金、低炭素フェロマンガン合金、Mn金属、又はこれらの混合物の形態である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- Alを添加して、Al含有量を最大10重量%に調整する、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 鋼の生産における添加剤としての、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素系合金の使用。
- 電磁鋼の生産における、請求項13に記載の使用。
