Настоящее изобретение относится к сплаву на основе кремния, содержащему 45-95 мас.% Si; макс. 0,05 мас.% C; 0,4-30 мас.% Cr; 0,01-10 мас.% Al; 0,01-0,3 мас.% Ca; макс. 0,10 мас.% Ti; до 25 мас.% Mn; 0,005-0,07 мас.% P; 0,001-0,02 мас.% S; причем остаток составляют Fe и случайные примеси в обычном количестве, к способу получения указанного сплава и применению такого сплава.
