Description
実施例1~2および比較例1
部材として、自動車外板および自動車内板を備えるドアパネルを準備した。次いで、ドアパネルを電着塗装し、シーリング材を塗布した。次いで、シーリング材を加熱することなく、シーリング材の上に、表1に記載の中塗り塗料を、表1に記載の厚みとなるように塗布した。次いで、中塗り塗料を80℃で3分加熱し、中塗り塗料の上に、表1に記載の上塗り塗料を、表1に記載の厚みとなるように塗布した。次いで、部材を140℃で20分熱処理した。これにより、シーリング材、中塗層および上塗層を備える塗装板を得た。
(1)光線透過率
各実施例および各比較例と同じ方法で、中塗り塗料および上塗り塗料を積層し、硬化させた。これにより、塗膜フィルムを作成した。得られた塗膜フィルムの光透過率を分光光度計にて測定し、○、△および×の3段階で評価した。
基準板と、各実施例および各比較例で得られた塗装板との色差を、色差計にて測定し、○、△および×の3段階で評価した。
基準板のシーリング材の透け度合いと、各実施例および各比較例で得られた塗装板シーリング材の透け度合いとの差を、目視にて観察し、○、△および×の3段階で評価した。
各実施例および各比較例で得られた塗装板の肌つやを、ウェーブ・スキャンT(テツタニ社製)にて測定し、○、△および×の3段階で評価した。

Claims (4)
- 自動車ボディを構成する部材をソリッド塗装する塗装方法であって、
前記部材の少なくとも一部を、ポリ塩化ビニルを含有するシーリング材によりシーリング処理し、前記シーリング材を前記部材から突出するように線状に配置するシール工程と、
前記シール工程の後、前記シーリング材を加熱炉により加熱することなく、前記シーリング材の上に水性中塗り塗装し、前記シーリング材に接触配置される水性中塗層を形成する中塗工程と、
前記中塗工程の後、前記水性中塗層を焼き付けることなく、前記部材を溶剤系上塗り塗装し、溶剤系上塗層を形成する上塗工程と、
前記上塗工程の後、前記部材を焼き付ける焼付工程とを備え、
前記部材は、自動車外板および自動車内板を備え、
前記自動車外板の前記水性中塗層の平均厚みは、前記自動車内板の前記水性中塗層の平均厚みよりも厚く、
前記自動車外板の前記水性中塗層の平均厚みと、前記自動車内板の前記水性中塗層の平均厚みとの差が、3μm以上15μm以下であり、
前記自動車外板の前記溶剤系上塗層の平均厚みは、前記自動車内板の前記溶剤系上塗層の平均厚みよりも厚く、
前記自動車外板の前記溶剤系上塗層の平均厚みと、前記自動車内板の前記溶剤系上塗層の平均厚みとの差が、3μm以上15μm以下である、塗装方法。 - 前記水性中塗層の平均厚みが、5μm以上である、請求項1に記載の塗装方法。
- 前記上塗工程において、前記水性中塗層に接触配置される溶剤系上塗層を形成し、
前記溶剤系上塗層の平均厚みが、10μm以上である、請求項2に記載の塗装方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の塗装方法によりソリッド塗装されており、
自動車ボディを構成する部材と、
前記部材の少なくとも一部に、前記部材から突出するように線状に配置されるシーリング材と、
前記シーリング材に接触配置される水性中塗層と、
前記水性中塗層に接触配置される溶剤系上塗層と
を備える、塗装板。
