Description
「ラジアル方向(direction)/配向(orientation)」は、タイヤの回転軸に垂直な方向/配向である。この方向/配向は、トレッドの厚さ方向に対応する。
2,500ccの後輪駆動車の4つの車輪全てに未使用の試験タイヤを装着した。直線路の風雨に曝されたアスファルト上において、80kphの一定速度で車を走行させた。窓に近い乗員の耳に配置されたマイクロフォンを使用して内部騒音を測定した。0~500Hzの加重音圧レベルが算出された。
標準リムに装着し、定格内圧まで膨らませた未使用試験タイヤのコーナリングパワーを、フラットベルト式タイヤ試験機を使用して測定した。タイヤを80kphの一定速度で走行させながら460kgの荷重をかけた。スリップ角±1°にて横力を測定し、+1°及び-1°にて絶対値で測定した横力を平均した。

Claims (7)
- トレッド(2)と、前記トレッド(2)の半径方向内側に配置された少なくとも1つのカーカスプライ(8)と、前記トレッド(2)と前記少なくとも1つのカーカスプライ(8)との半径方向中間に配置された少なくとも1つのプライ(7)とを含む、タイヤ(1)であって、前記トレッド(2)が、回転時に地面に接することになる幅TWの接触面(21)を有し、前記トレッド(2)が、ほぼ周方向に延び前記接触面(21)へと開口する、深さDの少なくとも1つの溝(3)を備え、前記トレッド(2)が、中央領域(22)と、前記中央領域(22)の2つの軸方向側部に配置されたショルダ領域(23)の対とを含み、
前記ショルダ領域(23)の対がそれぞれ、前記トレッド(2)を構成するゴム組成物とは異なるショルダゴム組成物で作られた、厚さtsのショルダゴム層(25)を含み、前記ショルダゴム組成物のせん断貯蔵弾性率G’は1.0MPa以下であり、
前記タイヤ(1)が、キャッププライ(6)であって、前記キャッププライ(6)のケーブル(61)がほぼ周方向に延び、少なくとも、前記トレッド(2)の前記ショルダ領域(23)の対に対応する領域内において前記トレッド(2)と前記少なくとも1つのプライ(7)との半径方向中間に配置された、キャッププライ(6)を更に含み、
前記タイヤが、前記キャッププライ(6)の前記ケーブル(61)が延びる方向における5%のひずみ下でのキャッププライ幅10mmあたりの前記キャッププライ(6)の力F5%が900Nよりも大きく、
前記中央領域(22)が、前記ショルダゴム組成物及び前記トレッド(2)を構成する前記ゴム組成物の両方と異なる中央ゴム組成物で作られた、厚さtfの中央ゴム層(24)を含み、前記中央ゴム組成物のせん断貯蔵弾性率G’は、前記トレッド(2)を構成する前記ゴム組成物の前記せん断貯蔵弾性率G’よりも高く、
前記中央領域(22)が、前記トレッド(2)を構成するゴム組成物よりも、せん断貯蔵弾性率G’が低いゴム組成物で構成されたゴム層を含まない、
