Description

Claims (12)
- 圧縮性電気接点であって、
第1の接触端部と、
前記第1の接触端部の反対側にある第2の接触端部と、
前記第1の接触端部と前記第2の接触端部との間に位置決めされた複数の分岐切込みセクションと、
を備え、
前記複数の分岐切込みセクションの各々は、一対の外向きに延びる対向する内面の間で測定された少なくとも1つの切込み角度、最も内側の切込み距離、及び最も外側の切込み距離によって規定され、
前記最も内側の切込み距離は前記最も外側の切込み距離よりも小さく、
実質的に弛緩した状態において、前記一対の対向する内面の各々は、前記圧縮性電気接点の端部に向かって外向きに延び、
実質的に圧縮された状態において、前記一対の対向する内面の各々は、内向きに倒壊してテーパー付きスロットを形成され、
前記複数の分岐切込みセクションは、前記第1の接触端部と前記第2の接触端部との間に配置された中間部分に含まれ、
前記圧縮性電気接点は、管体から製造される、
ことを特徴とする、圧縮性電気接点。 - 前記複数の分岐切込みセクションのうちの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの分岐パターンに基づく、請求項1に記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分岐パターンは、上部テーパー付きセクション及び下部テーパー付きセクションを備える、請求項2に記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切込み角度は、約5度である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記最も外側の切込み距離は、約0.002インチである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記最も内側の切込み距離は、約0.001インチである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記複数の分岐切込みセクションは、前記第1の接触端部に隣接して位置決めされた第1の端部切込みを備える、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記複数の分岐切込みセクションは、前記第2の接触端部に隣接して位置決めされ、前記第1の端部切込みの反対側にある第2の端部切込みを備える、請求項7に記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記複数の分岐切込みセクションは、前記第1の接触端部と前記第2の接触端部との間に配置された複数の内側の分岐切込みセクションを備える、請求項4から8のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記中間部分は、複数の中間要素を備え、前記複数の中間要素の少なくともいくつかは、前記分岐切込みセクションに隣接する、請求項4から9のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記管体は、真ちゅう、銅、ベリリウム銅、及びステンレス鋼から成る群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
- 前記圧縮性電気接点は、約0.010インチの有効外径を有する、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の圧縮性電気接点。
