Description
図1は、本開示の第1実施形態の蓄電装置を含む組電池の構成を概略的に示す斜視図である。図2は、図1におけるII-II線での断面図である。この組電池1は、例えば、電気自動車等の電動車に搭載される。
次に、図4及び図5を参照しながら、本開示の第2実施形態の蓄電装置10について説明する。図4は、本開示の第2実施形態の蓄電装置を含む組電池の構成を概略的に示す断面図である。図5は、第2実施形態の蓄電装置における蓄電モジュールの構成を概略的に示す分解斜視図である。なお、第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は繰り返さない。
次に、図6を参照しながら、本開示の第3実施形態の蓄電装置10について説明する。図6は、本開示の第3実施形態の蓄電装置を含む組電池の構成を概略的に示す断面図である。なお、第3実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明を行い、第1実施形態と同じ構造、作用及び効果の説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (1)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を冷却する冷却装置と、を備え、
前記蓄電装置は、
一方向に積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
金属からなり、前記複数の蓄電セルを収容するケースと、
絶縁性及び熱伝導性を有する材料からなり、前記ケース内に充填された充填部と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの各蓄電セル同士を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記各蓄電セルは、
前記一方向に積層された複数の正極シートと、
前記一方向に積層された複数の負極シートと、
前記複数の正極シートに接続された正極集電板と、
前記複数の負極シートに接続された負極集電板と、
前記複数の正極シート、前記複数の負極シート、前記正極集電板の一部及び前記負極集電板の一部を被覆するラミネートフィルムと、を有し、
前記正極集電板は、前記一方向と直交する直交方向に向かって前記ラミネートフィルムから突出する形状を有する正極突出部を有し、
前記負極集電板は、前記直交方向に向かって前記ラミネートフィルムから突出する形状を有する負極突出部を有し、
前記複数の蓄電セルは、前記複数の蓄電セルの一の蓄電セルにおける前記正極突出部と前記複数の蓄電セルのうち前記一の蓄電セルに隣接する蓄電セルにおける前記負極突出部とが前記一方向に互いに対向するように積層されており、
前記バスバーは、前記一方向に延びる形状を有し、前記正極突出部と前記負極突出部とを接続しており、
前記正極突出部及び前記負極突出部は、前記一方向に直交する平板状に形成されており、
前記バスバーは、
前記正極突出部に面接触する正極接触部と、
前記負極突出部に面接触する負極接触部と、
前記一方向に延びる形状を有し、前記正極突出部と前記負極突出部とを連結する連結部と、を有し、
前記連結部は、前記直交方向における前記正極接触部の外側の端部と前記直交方向における前記負極接触部の外側の端部とを連結しており、
前記連結部には、前記一方向及び前記直交方向の双方と直交する方向に間隔を置いて並ぶように複数の貫通孔が設けられており、
前記ケースは、前記直交方向に前記連結部と対向する対向壁を有し、
前記冷却装置は、前記対向壁の外側面に接しており、
前記充填部は、前記正極突出部と、前記負極突出部と、前記正極接触部と、前記負極接触部と、前記直交方向における前記連結部の内側面及び外側面と、前記対向壁の内側面と、に接触している、組電池。
