Description
図1及び図2は、車両用のフロントガラスを例示する図であり、フロントガラスを車室内から車室外に視認した様子を模式的に示した図である。
第1の実施の形態の変形例1では、フィルムと中間膜との間にも接着層を設ける例を示す。なお、第1の実施の形態の変形例1において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第2の実施の形態では、車外側のガラス板と中間膜との間に接着層及びフィルムを設ける例を示す。なお、第2の実施の形態において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
第2の実施の形態の変形例1では、フィルムと中間膜との間にも接着層を設ける例を示す。なお、第2の実施の形態の変形例1において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。
ガラス板210及び220を準備し、中間膜230とフィルム240と接着層250とを挟んで実施例1~9及び比較例1の合わせガラスを作製した。
PVB)を用いた。フィルム240としては、PETにチタニアコートを施した、サイズが150mm×150mm×厚み100μmの高反射フィルムを用いた。接着層250としては、エポキシ系の接着剤を用いた。高反射フィルムは合わせガラスの中央部に位置させた。HUD表示領域において、合わせガラスの垂直方向の曲率は半径5000mm、水平方向の曲率は半径2000mmとした。

Claims (11)
- 車外側ガラス板と車内側ガラス板との間に中間膜を有する合わせガラスであって、
車内からの投影像を反射して情報を表示する表示領域を備え、
前記表示領域の少なくとも一部において、前記車外側ガラス板及び前記車内側ガラス板のうち何れか一方のガラス板と前記中間膜との間に、前記一方のガラス板に接着層で接着されたフィルムが配置され、
前記接着層の厚みが0.2μm以上70μm以下であり、
前記接着層の軟化点が前記中間膜のガラス転移点より高く、
前記接着層の軟化点と前記中間膜のガラス転移点との差が10℃以上であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記接着層の軟化点が50℃以上である請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間膜のガラス転移点が40℃以下である請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記接着層の厚みが0.2μm以上30μm以下である請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記接着層の厚みが0.2μm以上5μm以下である請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記接着層の厚みが0.2μm以上3μm以下である請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記フィルムが配置された部分の前記合わせガラスは、可視光反射率が9%以上又は拡散反射率が9%以上である請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記フィルムはP偏光反射フィルムであり、
前記合わせガラスに封入された状態において、入射角がブリュースター角でのP偏光の反射率が5%以上である請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記フィルムの厚みが25μm以上200μm以下である請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記表示領域において、前記合わせガラスを車両に取り付けたときの車幅方向に水平方向の曲率が半径1000mm以上10000mm以下であり、前記水平方向に対し前記合わせガラスに沿って垂直方向の曲率が半径4000mm以上20000mm以下である請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記投影像の視野角が4deg×1deg以上である請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
