Description
前記測定装置はX軸方向に沿って移動することができ、前記測定装置のベッドベースに近い一端に光学測定ヘッドが設けられ、前記光学測定ヘッドは加工対象ワークの外径をリアルタイムに測定するために用いられる門型研削盤である。

Claims (10)
- 測定装置(1)を備え、
前記測定装置(1)はX軸方向に沿って移動することができ、前記測定装置(1)のベッドベース(3)に近い一端に光学測定ヘッド(11)が設けられ、前記光学測定ヘッド(11)は加工対象ワークの外径をリアルタイムに測定するために用いられることを特徴とする、門型研削盤。 - 前記ベッドベースに、X軸に沿って移動できるワークスライドテーブル(4)が設けられ、前記ワークスライドテーブル(4)の一端に第1マウント(41)が固定され、前記第1マウント(41)に動力主軸(42)が設けられ、前記ワークスライドテーブル(4)の他端に第2マウント(43)が設けられ、前記第2マウント(43)は前記ワークスライドテーブル(4)上でX軸に沿って移動することができ、前記第2マウント(43)に従動主軸(44)が設けられ、前記動力主軸(42)と従動主軸(44)の対向する端面に基準ディスク(46)と油圧クランプ装置(45)が順に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記ワークスライドテーブル(4)に浮動支持構造(8)が設けられ、前記浮動支持構造(8)は前記ワークスライドテーブル(4)上でX軸方向に沿って移動することができる浮動マウント(81)を含み、前記浮動マウント(81)に浮動支持板(82)が設けられ、前記浮動支持板(82)の位置は上下調整ネジ(83)及び左右調整ネジ(84)によって調整することができることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記第1マウント(41)に砥石ドレッサ(5)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記測定装置はベース(12)及びスライドベース(13)を含み、前記ベース(12)は支柱(21)に固定され、前記スライドベース(13)は前記ベース(12)上でY軸方向に沿って移動することができ、前記光学測定ヘッド(11)は前記スライドベース(13)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記ベース(12)にY軸方向に沿ってリニアスケール(17)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記ベース(12)にY軸方向に沿ってガイドレール(14)が設けられ、前記スライドベース(13)に前記ガイドレール(14)と係合するスライダが設けられ、前記ベース(12)のベッドベース(3)から遠い側にモータ(15)が設けられ、前記モータ(15)は前記ベース(12)に設けられたリードスクリューと前記スライドベースに設けられたナットとの螺合により前記スライドベース(13)を駆動することを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の門型研削盤。
- 前記光学測定ヘッド(11)は全部で2つあり、2つの前記光学測定ヘッド(11)はZ軸方向に沿って対向して設置され、2つの光学測定ヘッド(11)の間に近接スイッチ(16)が設けられ、前記近接スイッチ(16)は前記測定装置と加工対象ワークとの間の距離を測定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の門型研削盤。
- 支柱(21)に砥石マガジン(6)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の門型研削盤。
- 主軸(22)の下端にバイトホルダ(7)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の門型研削盤。
