Claims (7)
- 吸引カテーテル装置であって、前記吸引カテーテル装置は、
チューブ状の本体部であって、前記チューブ状の本体部は、近位端部部分および遠位端部部分、ならびに、前記遠位端部部分の外部の領域から材料を収集するための、前記遠位端部部分における吸引開口部を有しており、前記チューブ状の本体部は、前記近位端部部分から前記遠位端部部分へ延在する少なくとも第1および第2のルーメンを画定しており、個別の前記第1および第2のルーメンのそれぞれは、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記遠位端部部分の中に画定されているチャンバーに流体連通しており、前記チャンバーは、前記吸引開口部に流体連通しており、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記遠位端部部分は、長手方向軸線を画定しており、前記長手方向軸線は、中心軸線と一致しているかまたは中心軸線に対して平行になっており、前記チューブ状の本体部の側壁は、前記中心軸線の周りに円周軸線方向に形成されている、チューブ状の本体部と;
前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第1のルーメンから前記チャンバーの中へ延在しているチューブであって、前記チューブは、チューブチャネル、および、前記チューブチャネルに流体連通している放出開口部を画定しており、前記放出開口部は、前記チューブチャネルと組み合わせて位置決めおよび配向され、前記チューブチャネルからの流体フローを放出ジェットへと方向付け、前記放出ジェットは、前記放出開口部から前記チャンバーの中へ放出し、前記放出ジェットは、前記材料に対するエジェクター作用を生成させる様式で、近位から遠位の方向へ前記吸引開口部を通過するように放出する、チューブと;
コネクターであって、前記コネクターは、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記近位端部部分に固定されており、入口連結部分および出口連結部分を有しており、前記入口連結部分は、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第1のルーメンに流体連通している入口ルーメンを有しており、前記出口連結部分は、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第2のルーメンに流体連通している別個の出口ルーメンを有している、コネクターと;
流体リザーバーから前記チャンバーへ、前記入口ルーメン、前記第1のルーメン、および前記チューブチャネルを通して、加圧流体を送達するためのポンプと;
前記第2のルーメンを通して前記材料を収集するための、前記出口ルーメンに流体連通している収集チャンバーと
を含む、吸引カテーテル装置。 - 前記チューブは、その長さの全体を通して、実質的に線形になっている、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記チューブ状の本体部の中に第3のルーメンを含む、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記第3のルーメンを通って延在可能なガイドワイヤーを含む、請求項3に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記チューブ状の本体部の中に第4のルーメンを含む、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、方向転換壁を含み、前記方向転換壁は前記チャンバーの一部を画定しており、遠位に方向付けられた前記放出ジェットを近位に方向付けられた流出フローに方向転換させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 近位に方向付けられた前記流出フローは、前記第2のルーメンを通して方向付けられる、請求項6に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
