Claims (6)
- プライマリプーリのクランプ力を取得するプライマリプーリクランプ力取得手段と、
セカンダリプーリのクランプ力を取得するセカンダリプーリクランプ力取得手段と、
前記プライマリプーリに入力される入力トルクを取得する入力トルク取得手段と、
変速比を取得する変速比取得手段と、
所定の学習条件が成立した場合に、前記変速比および前記入力トルクが略一定の状態で、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を下げて行き、前記プライマリプーリクランプ力と前記セカンダリプーリクランプ力とのクランプ力比が極大値をとるときのセカンダリプーリクランプ力を学習値として取得する学習値取得手段と、
取得された前記学習値を用いて、セカンダリプーリクランプ力の制御目標値である目標セカンダリプーリクランプ力を調節する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記変速比および前記入力トルクに応じて設定される必要セカンダリプーリクランプ力に、セカンダリプーリクランプ力の初期設定値と前記学習値との比である学習補正係数を乗算して、前記目標セカンダリプーリクランプ力を算出することを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - プライマリプーリのクランプ力を取得するプライマリプーリクランプ力取得手段と、
セカンダリプーリのクランプ力を取得するセカンダリプーリクランプ力取得手段と、
前記プライマリプーリに入力される入力トルクを取得する入力トルク取得手段と、
変速比を取得する変速比取得手段と、
所定の学習条件が成立した場合に、前記変速比および前記入力トルクが略一定の状態で、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を下げて行き、前記プライマリプーリクランプ力と前記セカンダリプーリクランプ力とのクランプ力比が極大値をとるときのセカンダリプーリクランプ力を学習値として取得する学習値取得手段と、
取得された前記学習値を用いて、セカンダリプーリクランプ力の制御目標値である目標セカンダリプーリクランプ力を調節する制御手段と、を備え、
前記学習値取得手段は、学習を開始した際に、前記クランプ力比の変化勾配が負の場合には、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を所定値まで上昇させた後、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を下げて行くことを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記学習値取得手段は、学習を開始した際に、前記クランプ力比の変化勾配が負の場合には、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を所定値まで上昇させた後、セカンダリプーリクランプ力を下げて行くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 車両の速度を検出する車速検出手段を備え、
前記学習値取得手段は、車速が所定速度以上で、車速の変動幅が所定範囲内であり、かつ、前記入力トルクの変動幅が所定範囲内である場合に、前記所定の学習条件が成立したと判断することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記学習値取得手段は、変速比毎に学習を行い、変速比毎に前記学習値を取得することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記学習値取得手段は、定期的に繰り返して学習を実行し、定期的に前記学習値を取得することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
