Description
Claims (4)
- ロータ胴部と、周方向に亘って前記ロータ胴部の外周面から半径方向外側に突出するタービンディスクとを備えるタービンロータであって、
前記タービンディスクを前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に複数段備え、
前記ロータ胴部の、前記タービンロータの中心軸よりも半径方向外側かつ前記ロータ胴部の外周面よりも半径方向内側に、前記タービンロータの中心軸方向に形成され、断面が円形で軸方向に亘って同径の穴で構成され、冷却媒体を流す軸方向通路と、
前記軸方向通路に冷却媒体を導入する導入通路と、
各前記タービンディスク間に設けられ、前記軸方向通路から前記ロータ胴部の外周面に貫通する貫通孔で構成され、前記軸方向通路から流れ込んだ冷却媒体を排出する排出通路と
を備え、
モノブロック型ロータ、または複数のタービンロータ構成部材を接合して形成されたロータで構成されたことを特徴とするタービンロータ。 - 前記軸方向通路が複数備えられ、
前記タービンロータの中心軸に垂直な断面において、前記軸方向通路は、前記タービンロータの中心軸を中心とする同一円周上に均等配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービンロータ。 - 前記軸方向通路は、前記タービンロータの中心軸に平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタービンロータ。
- 前記排出通路は、初段の前記タービンディスクの上流側における前記ロータ胴部の外周面、および各前記タービンディスク間における前記ロータ胴部の外周面に、出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のタービンロータ。
