が提供される。

Claims (9)
- 対向配置され、対向面に対向電極を有する第1、第2の基板と、
前記第1、第2の基板間に挟持され、Agを含むエレクトロデポジション材料、メディエータ、支持電解質、溶媒を含む電解液と、
を有し、前記メディエータはMo,Sn,Nb,Sb,Tiのいずれか1種類以上を含み、前記対向電極間に電圧を印加することで前記エレクトロデポジション材料に含まれるAg層が析出または溶解する電気化学装置。 - 前記メディエータは、Mo(V価),Sn(IV価)、Nb(V価),Sb(V価),Ti(IV価)のいずれか1種類以上を含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記メディエータは、MoCl5,SnCl4,NbCl5,SbCl5,TiI4のいずれか1種類以上を含む請求項2に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記電解液は可視光領域で透明である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記溶媒は、-20℃以下の融点、100℃以上の沸点を持つ、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記電解液の厚さは、1μm以上、1000μm以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記対向電極の少なくとも一方は透明電極である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記電気化学装置が、コンバイナ、またはNDフィルタの構成部材である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記溶媒は、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド(DMA)、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル(TGM)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)、Nメチルピロリドン(NMP)のいずれか一つを含む請求項5に記載の電気化学装置。
