Description
車両用制動装置BFは、図1に示すように、マスタシリンダ部1と、反力発生装置2と、第1制御弁22と、第2制御弁23と、上流側の加圧装置であるサーボ圧発生装置4と、下流側の加圧装置であるアクチュエータ5と、ホイールシリンダ541~544と、各種センサ71~78と、制動制御装置6と、を備えている。本実施形態の制動制御装置6は、2つのECU、すなわち第1ブレーキECU61と、第2ブレーキECU62と、を備えている。なお、説明において、車輪Wfl、Wfr、Wrl、Wrrは車輪Wと、前輪Wfl、Wfrは前輪Wfと、後輪Wrl、Wrrは後輪Wrと記載することがある。各車輪Wには、ディスクブレーキ装置又はドラムブレーキ装置が設置されている。
制動制御装置6を構成する第1ブレーキECU61及び第2ブレーキECU62は、それぞれCPUやメモリ等を備える電子制御ユニットである。第1ブレーキECU61及び第2ブレーキECU62は相互に通信可能に構成されている。第1ブレーキECU61は、ホイール圧の目標値である目標ホイール圧に基づいて、サーボ圧発生装置4に対する制御を実行するECUである。目標ホイール圧は、目標制動力(要求制動力)や目標減速度(要求減速度)に対応しており、例えばドライバのブレーキ操作に応じて設定される。第1ブレーキECU61は、上流側の液圧、すなわちサーボ圧又はマスタ圧を制御する装置といえる。なお、各ホイール圧は、圧力センサ74又は圧力センサ77の検出結果と、アクチュエータ5の制御状態とから演算(推定)することができる。また、車両用制動装置BFには、ホイール圧を検出する圧力センサが設けられていてもよい。
ここで、アンチスキッド制御に関する特定制御について説明する。第2ブレーキECU62は、通常、車輪速度情報に基づいてアンチスキッド制御の実行の可否を判定する。第2ブレーキECU62は、例えば、車輪速度センサ76から取得した全車輪Wの車輪速度情報から、車速及び車両の減速度を演算し、これらの値をアンチスキッド制御の実行の判定要素とする。第2ブレーキECU62は、アンチスキッド制御を実行すると判定した場合、アクチュエータ5を制御し、対象のホイール圧を減圧させる。
本実施形態の制動制御装置6は、車輪速度センサ76に関する異常が発生した場合でも、アンチスキッド制御を実行することができる。例えば、何らかの原因により車輪速度センサ76の情報を第2ブレーキECU62が取得できない場合、又は第2ブレーキECU62が故障した場合でも、第1ブレーキECU61によってアンチスキッド制御が実行される。以下、車輪速度情報を取得しない第1ブレーキECU61によるアンチスキッド制御について説明する。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限られない。例えば、制御部60は、実減速度の応答遅れの大きさを、ブレーキ操作(目標減速度の増大)が実行されたタイミングに基づいて判定してもよい。車両用制動装置には、例えば装置の構成に起因して、制動タイミングによって応答性が変化するものがある。制御部60は、例えば、非制動状態から制動する場合や、制動状態からさらに制動する場合など、制動タイミングを判定し、当該制動タイミングにより応答遅れの大きさを変更してもよい。
Claims (2)
- 車両の目標減速度の増大に応じて前記車両の車輪に制動力が付与される制動状態において、前記目標減速度と前記車両の実減速度との差が基準値以上である場合、前記制動力を減少させるアンチスキッド制御を実行する制動制御装置であって、
前記制動状態において前記車両の車輪にスリップが発生しておらず前記目標減速度の増大勾配が大きいほど、前記アンチスキッド制御の介入度合を小さくする特定制御を実行する制御部を備える制動制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記制動状態における前記目標減速度の増大勾配が大きいほど、前記特定制御における前記アンチスキッド制御の介入度合を小さくする請求項1に記載の制動制御装置。
