Description
また、前記第1の発明によれば、制御装置用電源の瞬断が発生した場合には、シフト切替操作が運転者により為されるまで、動力伝達装置のシフトポジションがニュートラルポジションとされるので、運転者が意図するシフトポジションが分かるまで動力の伝達が遮断された状態で待機することができる。

Claims (4)
- 動力源の動力を駆動輪へ伝達する動力伝達装置と、前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションに対応した操作ポジションへ運転者により操作されるシフト操作装置と、前記操作ポジションに応じた制御指令信号に基づいて前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションをアクチュエータの作動により切り替える切替装置とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
前記運転者の操作により車両電源がオフ状態からオン状態へ切り替えられた場合に、前記アクチュエータの初期動作として前記アクチュエータを制御するときの基となる前記アクチュエータの基準位置を設定する初期位置学習処理を行うシフト切替制御部を含み、
前記シフト切替制御部は、前記車両電源から電力が供給される制御装置用電源が一時的にオフ状態とされた後にオン状態へ復帰する前記制御装置用電源の瞬断が発生した場合には、前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションを切り替える為のシフト切替操作が前記運転者により為されるまで、前記初期位置学習処理を行わないものであり、
前記シフト切替制御部は、前記制御装置用電源の瞬断が発生した場合には、前記シフト切替操作が前記運転者により為されるまで、前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションを前記動力伝達装置における動力の伝達が遮断されたニュートラルポジションとすることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記シフト切替制御部は、前記制御装置用電源の瞬断が発生したときに、
前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションを前記駆動輪と共に回転する回転部材が回転不能に機械的に固定されたパーキングポジションへ切り替える為の第1シフト切替操作が前記運転者により為された場合には、前記パーキングポジションに対応した前記アクチュエータの第1基準位置を設定する第1初期位置学習処理を行う一方で、
前記動力伝達装置のシフトポジションを前記回転部材の機械的な固定が解除された非パーキングポジションへ切り替える為の第2シフト切替操作が前記運転者により為された場合には、前記非パーキングポジションに対応した前記アクチュエータの第2基準位置を設定する第2初期位置学習処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記シフト切替制御部は、前記制御装置用電源の瞬断が発生したときが走行中である場合には、前記第1初期位置学習処理を実行不可とし、前記第2初期位置学習処理のみを実行可能とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記シフト切替制御部は、前記アクチュエータの移動量に応じた計数値を取得し、前記計数値を予め定められた目標計数値に一致させるように前記アクチュエータを制御するものであり、
前記シフト切替制御部は、前記アクチュエータの移動が規制される方向に前記アクチュエータを移動させたときの前記計数値に基づいて前記基準位置を設定することで前記初期位置学習処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
