Claims (6)
- 原動機の回転動力を変速する変速機を備えた乗物であって、
運転者が操作する変速操作子と、
運転者による前記変速操作子の操作力を変速動作のための変速動力として前記変速機に伝達する手動変速動力伝達機構と、
変速アクチュエータと、
前記変速アクチュエータの駆動力を前記変速動力として前記手動変速動力伝達機構に伝達する自動変速動力伝達機構と、
前記変速アクチュエータを制御するコントローラと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、
所定の自動変速指令に応じて前記変速アクチュエータを駆動する自動変速制御を実行する自動変速制御部と、
所定のアシスト条件の成立時において、運転者の前記変速操作子の操作による前記手動変速動力伝達機構の動作を補助するように、前記変速アクチュエータを駆動するアシスト制御を実行するアシスト制御部と、を有する、変速機付き乗物。 - 前記コントローラは、前記アシスト条件の非成立時において手動操作検出器で検出される前記変速操作子の操作パターンを学習する学習部を更に有し、
前記自動変速制御部は、前記学習部の学習結果に基づいて前記変速アクチュエータの駆動パターンを決定する、請求項1に記載の変速機付き乗物。 - アクセル操作子、ブレーキ操作子又はクラッチ操作子を含む運転操作子の操作状態を検出する運転操作検出器を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、前記運転操作検出器の検出結果に基づいて運転者の変速意図の存在を判定する変速意図判定部を更に有し、
前記変速意図判定部は、運転者の変速意図の存在を判定すると前記自動変速指令を出力する、請求項1又は2に記載の変速機付き乗物。 - 前記変速機は、1速位置と2速位置との間にニュートラル位置を有し、
前記コントローラは、前記乗物が走行中であるか停車中であるかを判定する走行/停止判定部を更に有し、
前記自動変速制御部及び前記アシスト制御部の少なくとも一方は、前記乗物が走行中であると判定されているとき、前記1速位置から加速側への変速時及び前記2速位置から減速側への変速時に、前記ニュートラル位置を飛ばすように前記変速アクチュエータを制御する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機付き乗物。 - 前記変速機は、ニュートラル位置を有し、
前記原動機と前記変速機との間には、メインクラッチが設けられており、
前記コントローラは、前記変速機のギヤ位置を判定するギヤ位置判定部と、前記メインクラッチの状態を判定するクラッチ状態判定器と、前記乗物が走行中であるか停車中であるかを判定する走行/停止判定部と、を更に有し、
前記自動変速制御部及び前記アシスト制御部の少なくとも一方は、前記乗物が停車中であると判定され且つ前記メインクラッチが接続状態であると判定されているとき、前記ニュートラル位置からの変速を禁止するように前記変速アクチュエータを制御する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機付き乗物。 - 運転者に操作されて前記自動変速指令を前記コントローラに入力する操作入力装置を更に備え、
前記変速機は、ドッグクラッチ式の変速機であり、
前記コントローラは、前記原動機を制御する原動機制御部を更に有し、
前記原動機制御部は、前記原動機が加速中の場合に前記操作入力装置による前記自動変速指令が検出されると、前記原動機への指令値を減速側に補正し、且つ、前記原動機が減速中の場合に前記操作入力装置による前記自動変速指令が検出されると、前記原動機への指令値を加速側に補正する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の変速機付き乗物。
