Description
本願は2015年3月30日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/140400号明細書の利益を主張するものであり、あらゆる目的に対して、その内容全体が参照によって本明細書に組み込まれるものとする。
(SSID)のブロードキャストを抑制する。すると、一実施形態によると、任意の追加の医療機器又はユーザ機器が、そのSSIDを明確に要求する場合にのみ参加することが出来る。そのブロードキャストされなかった、予め知られているSSIDは、「ZOLLMEDICAL」のように単純であり得るし、又は、より複雑な、見かけ上ランダムな英数字のシーケンスであり得、共通の発信者(例えば、ZOLL Medical Corporation由来の機器)により所有されている機器、又は、同じマスター鍵を提供されている機器にのみ知られているマスター鍵を使用し、暗号アルゴリズムを介して生成され得る。いくつかの場合には、そのようなマスター鍵は更に、例えば日付を組み込んだシードを使用して、イベントの際に暗号化され得る。
(a)第2の医療機器上の(例えば、ディスプレイ322上の)臨床情報のうちの少なくとも一部を表示すること、
(b)臨床情報のうちの少なくとも一部から導き出された情報を第2の医療機器上に表示すること、
(c)臨床情報に基づいて第2の医療機器のオペレーションを変更すること、及び、
(d)第2の医療機器又は遠隔データベース(例えば、336)内に臨床情報を格納すること。
Claims (18)
- 臨床データの受け渡しのためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
医療的イベントの第1部分の間に、患者をモニタリングし該患者に治療を行い、第1の臨床情報を収集して格納する第1の医療機器と、
第2の医療機器であって、前記医療的イベントの第2部分の間に、前記患者をモニタリングし該患者に治療を行い、前記患者に関する第2の臨床情報を収集して格納し、前記医療的イベントの前記第2部分は、前記医療的イベントの前記第1部分の後に発生する、前記第2の医療機器と、
前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器が同一の患者に関連付けられることを検証するための情報のための誘導を提供し、前記第1の臨床情報の前記受け渡しのために、前記第2の医療機器による前記第1の医療機器への機器同士の直接アクセスを確立し、前記第1の医療機器による、前記第2の医療機器への前記第1の臨床情報の少なくとも一部の直接転送を、直接無線通信接続を介して、前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器が同一の患者に関連付けられることを検証するための前記情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、可能にする制御モジュールとを備え、
前記第2の医療機器は、前記第1の臨床情報及び前記第2の臨床情報を、前記第2の医療機器又は遠隔サーバに格納する
システム。 - 前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器が前記同一の患者に関連付けられることを検証するための前記情報は、鍵コードを含む固有の識別情報を有する
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の医療機器は、除細動器であり、
前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部は、前記患者が心停止になる直前に収集される前記患者の第1のECGデータと、前記第1の医療機器により前記患者に電気ショックが実施された後に収集される前記患者の第2のECGデータとを含む
請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器の各々は、自動体外式除細動器、二次救命処置除細動器、病院ベースの除細動器、着用型自動除細動器、ポータブル電子インフュージョンポンプ、患者モニター/除細動器システム、胸部圧迫補助機器、及び呼吸補助機器のうちの1つを有する
請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器の少なくとも一方は、タブレットコンピュータに接続された治療機器を有する
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の医療機器は、治療機器に接続されたタブレットコンピュータを有する
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の医療機器及び前記第2の医療機器は、ローカルエリアネットワーク(LAN)、無線ローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)、インターネット、セルラーネットワーク、及びピアツーピアネットワークのうちの1又は複数に接続される
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の医療機器は、前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部に基づいて、前記第2の医療機器のオペレーションを変更する
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部に基づく前記第2の医療機器の前記オペレーションの変更は、前記第2の医療機器により用いられる1又は複数のアルゴリズムの変更を含む
請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の医療機器により用いられる前記1又は複数のアルゴリズムは、少なくとも1つの臨床決断支援アルゴリズムを含む
請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の医療機器は、前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部のうちの一部と前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部から取得される情報とのうちの1又は複数を表示する
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の臨床情報の前記少なくとも一部は、ECGデータ、心拍数、血圧、体温、呼吸数、血中酸素濃度、呼気終末二酸化炭素濃度、肺機能、血糖値、及び体重のうちの1又は複数を含む
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記医療的イベントの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分は、病院以前の環境において発生する
