Description
a.3次元編成により、最終的な部品の形状に一致するマトリックを形成する予め充填される熱可塑性ポリマーの繊維状の予備成形品を得るステップ;
b.対をなすパンチとダイとの間に密閉されて閉じられている空洞を画定するために、機械設備を用いて、対をなすパンチとダイとの間に予備成形品を配置するステップ;
c.予備成形品に第1の圧力を加えるような形で機械設備を閉じるステップ;
d.空洞の温度を、第1の圧力を維持することにより予備成形品に充填されているポリマーの融解温度にするステップ;
e.予備成形品を有する空洞を、第2の圧力を維持することにより離型するのに適する温度まで冷却するステップ;
f.モールドを開放して部品を離型するステップ。
g.予備成形品にポリマーを充填するのに適する時間において温度を維持するステップ。
h.溶接により予備成形品の輪郭を閉じるステップ。
x.電気伝導性材料で作られるパンチと;
y.パンチおよびダイの成形面の間に空洞を形成することを目的としてパンチと対をなす、電気伝導性材料で作られるダイと;
z.パンチのまたはダイの成形面を加熱するための誘導回路と;
u.誘導回路に電力供給するための高周波発電機と、
を備える。
-ポリアミド(PA)(具体的には、PA11);
-バイオソースのポリエチレン(PET);
-ポリ乳酸(PLA);または
-バイオソースのポリエステル、
などのバイオソースのポリマーから選択される。
Claims (13)
- 熱可塑性マトリックスと、連続する補強材とを備える3次元複合部品を作るための方法であって、
前記方法は:
a.3次元編成により、最終的な部品の形状に一致する前記マトリックを形成するポリマーの予め充填される繊維状の予備成形品(100、500)を得るステップ(410)と;
b.夫々の成形面が強磁性材料を含み、対をなすパンチ(120、320)とダイ(110、310)との間に密閉されて閉じられている空洞を画定するために、機械設備の対をなすパンチ(120、320)とダイ(110、310)との間に前記予備成形品を配置するステップ(420)と;
c.前記予備成形品に第1の圧力を加えるような形で前記機械設備を閉じるステップと;
d.前記空洞の温度を、前記第1の圧力を維持することにより、前記予備成形品に充填されている前記ポリマーの融解温度にするステップ(430)と;
e.前記予備成形品を有する前記空洞を、第2の圧力を維持しながら離型するのに適する温度まで冷却するステップ(450)と;
f.前記モールドを開放して前記部品を離型するステップ(460)と
を含む、ことを特徴とする、
方法。 - ステップc)は前記空洞を真空状態にするステップ(427)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップd)とステップf)との間に以下のステップ:
g.前記予備成形品に前記ポリマーを充填するのに適する時間において温度を維持するステップ(440)、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ステップg)において第2の圧力が前記予備成形品に加えられる(445)、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記編成された予備成形品は、前記充填用ポリマーで作られるストランドと一つに合わされる前記強化繊維のストランドで作られるスレッドを使用して、得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記編成された予備成形品は、前記充填用ポリマーで被覆されるスレッドから得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記予備成形品は、前記強化繊維で作られるスレッドおよび前記充填用ポリマーで作られるスレッドを編成することにより、得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記強化繊維は前記充填用ポリマーの融解温度より高い融解温度を有するポリマーである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記予備成形品は指編み編成テクニックを使用して編成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップb)の前に、前記予備成形品の輪郭を閉じるためのソーイング・ステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ステップb)とステップc)との間に、以下のステップ:
h.溶接により前記予備成形品の輪郭を閉じるステップ(425)
を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予備成形品はtransferred mesh techniqueを使用することによって編成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 閉じられている空洞の中において、前記パンチと前記ダイとの間の隙間を2つの値の間で変化させることにより前記第1の圧力および前記第2の圧力が前記予備成形品に加えられる、請求項4に記載の方法。
