c.キャビティの外周上にブランクの縁部を保持しつつ、かつパンチと金型との間の空隙内にプレスされたブランクを保持しつつ、キャビティ内にパンチを下降させることによりブランクを成形するステップ
d.キャビティの外周上に保持された縁部上のポリマーの溶融温度に達することなく空隙内の圧力を保持しつつ、少なくとも2°s-1に等しい加熱速度で熱可塑性ポリマーの溶融温度以上の温度まで、キャビティ内に配置されたブランクの一部分を加熱するステップ
e.前記空隙内の圧力を保持しつつ、2°s-1以上の冷却速度でポリマーのガラス転移温度より低い温度までキャビティを冷却するステップ
f.キャビティからパンチを分離し、部品を取外すステップ
本発明は、いかなる意味においても限定されることなく、図1から10を参照することにより、好ましい実施形態において下記に記述される。
・ベース(430)
・ベース内に収容されたキャビティ(220)を備えるブロック(420)
・アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン(ABS)
・ポリオレフィン
・ポリブチレン・テレフタレート(PBT)
・ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)
・ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)
・ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)
・ポリフェニレン・サルファイド(PPS)
・ポリカプロラクタム(PA6)またはポリヘキサメチレン・アジパミド(PA6−6)などのポリアミド
上記は部品に要求される特性に依存する。
・ポリアミド(PA)、特にPA11
・バイオソースのポリエチレン(PET)
・ポリ乳酸(PLA)
・バイオソースのポリエステル
Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性ポリマーを含浸させた連続繊維を備える織物プリフォームを成形一体化するための装置であって、
i . 部品の形状に対応したキャビティを備える型枠を含みフレーム内に配置される金型であって、前記型枠は開口面と底面との間の深さ方向に延長し、前記フレームは非磁性の材料で作製され、前記型枠は、その中にキャビティが切削されるとともにブロックおよびそのブロックを保持するベースを備え、前記ベースは非磁性の材料で作製される金型と、
ii. 2つのインダクタを備える、前記型枠を誘導加熱するための手段であって、各インダクタが、前記キャビティの開口面に対して実質的に平行で前記型枠の開口面と底面との間で異なる高さ位置に配置され、平面の型枠内部に1つの巻線を形成する誘導加熱手段と、
iii. 前記金型を冷却するための手段と、
iv. 前記部品の形状に対応した突出部分および規定された空隙値(e)におけるキャビティからの距離を備えるパンチであって、一部分が前記パンチと前記金型との間でブランク保持部として作用するように適合されたパンチと
を備える、装置。 - 前記誘導加熱手段が、前記キャビティの底部と前記型枠の底部との間に延在する中空部内に少なくとも1つの巻線を形成する1つのインダクタを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタが、多重線撚銅ケーブルで構成され、前記の線が裸線である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記型枠が、インダクタを収容するように適合された中空部を形成する割線の中心線を有する2つの穴部を備え、前記2つの穴部間の前記中空部の連続性が、前記インダクタの可撓性に適合された結合半径を有する中空部を備える追加のパーツによって提供される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記型枠の前記ブロックが、非磁性の金属材料で作製され、前記インダクタが延長する前記中空部が強磁性の材料の層で被覆される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記型枠の前記ブロックが、銅およびその合金から選択された材料で作製される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記型枠の前記ブロックが、アルミニウムおよびその合金から選択された材料で作製される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 4つのフランジ付き縁部および閉じた輪郭を有し、熱可塑性基質および植物由来の連続繊維を有する繊維強化材を備える積層複合材料で構成された部品の製造のために、請求項1に記載された装置を用いて実施される、方法であって、
a.熱可塑性ポリマーを含浸させた織物プリフォームから一体化されない部分を切り取るステップと、
b.請求項1に記載された装置の前記キャビティ上に前記織物プリフォームを配置するステップと、
c.前記キャビティの外周上に前記ブランクの縁部を保持しつつ、かつ前記パンチと前記金型との空隙(e)内にプレスされた前記ブランクを保持しつつ、前記キャビティ内に前記パンチを下降させることにより前記織物プリフォームを成形するステップと、
d.前記キャビティの外周上に保持された前記縁部上のポリマーの溶融温度に達することなく前記キャビティ内の圧力を保持しつつ、少なくとも2°s-1に等しい加熱速度で前記熱可塑性ポリマーの溶融温度以上の温度まで、前記キャビティ内に配置された前記織物プリフォームの一部分を加熱するステップと、
e.前記空隙内の圧力を保持しつつ、2°s-1以上の冷却速度で前記ポリマーのガラス転移温度より低い温度まで前記キャビティを冷却するステップと
f.前記キャビティから前記パンチを分離し、前記部品を取り外すステップと
を備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - 詳細にはタブレット型パソコンまたは携帯情報端末用のハーフシェルである請求項8に記載の方法を用いて得られる部品を生産する方法であって、前記部品は閉じた輪郭を有する4つのフランジ付き縁部を備え、熱可塑性ポリマーで作製された基質および植物由来の天然繊維からなる連続繊維を少なくとも30%含む繊維強化層を備え、前記積層内に統合されかつ印刷された織物で作製された装飾層を含み、前記装飾層が基質を構成する前記ポリマーによって完全に覆われて、装飾層は4つのフランジ付き縁部に延在している、部品を生産する方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、第1のバイオソースのPETおよび、前記第1のPETの溶融温度より高い溶融温度を有する第2のバイオソースのPETで作製された繊維を備える強化繊維で構成された、請求項9に記載の部品を生産する方法。
