Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 熱可塑性マトリックスと、連続する補強材とを備える3次元複合部品を作るための方法であって、
前記方法は:
a.3次元編成により、最終的な部品の形状に一致する前記マトリックを形成するポリマーの予め充填される繊維状の予備成形品(100、500)を得るステップ(410)と;
b.対をなすパンチ(120、320)とダイ(110、310)との間に密閉されて閉じられている空洞を画定するために、機械設備の対をなすパンチ(120、320)とダイ(110、310)との間に前記予備成形品を配置するステップ(420)と;
c.前記予備成形品に第1の圧力を加えるような形で前記機械設備を閉じるステップと;
d.前記空洞の温度を、前記第1の圧力を維持することにより、前記予備成形品に充填されている前記ポリマーの融解温度にするステップ(430)と;
e.前記予備成形品を有する前記空洞を、第2の圧力を維持しながら離型するのに適する温度まで冷却するステップ(450)と;
