Claims (12)
- 2つの相対的に移動可能な部材の相対変位の程度を提供するための密封線形エンコーダ装置であって、保護ハウジングと少なくとも1つの細長いシーリングリップを備え、前記細長いシーリングリップの少なくともシーリング部分は、その長さに沿って緊張状態に保持され、
前記細長いシーリングリップは、自然湾曲を有し、前記細長いシーリングリップは、その自然湾曲から離れ、前記保護ハウジングにより、より小さい湾曲構成になるように変形され、それによって少なくとも前記シーリング部分を緊張状態に保持する密封線形エンコーダ装置。 - 保護ハウジングを備え、前記細長いシーリングリップのシール根元部分は、保護ハウジングのシール根元保持部分によって保持され変形される請求項1に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップは、前記細長いシーリングリップ内に前記自然湾曲を誘発するように構成された長手方向の要素を備える請求項2に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップの前記少なくとも1つのシール根元部分は、前記少なくとも1つのシール根元保持部の湾曲より大きい自然湾曲を有する請求項2または請求項3に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記自然湾曲は、前記シーリングリップの長さおよび幅に垂直な概念上の軸周りのものである請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップは、真っ直ぐな構成になるように変形され、それによって前記少なくとも1つのシーリング部分を緊張状態に置く請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップの少なくとも前記シーリング部分の長さは、前記変形された状態では、その自然湾曲を示すときの前記シーリング部分の長さと比較して長い請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 細長いシーリングリップの対を備え、前記細長いシーリングリップは、前記細長いシーリングリップの前記シーリング部分間にシールを形成するために保持される請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップの少なくとも前記シーリング部分は、エラストマーを含む請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- スケールおよび読み取りヘッド組立体のスケール信号レシーバは、前記少なくとも1つの細長いシーリングリップの第1の側に配置され、前記スケール信号レシーバは、前記細長いシーリングリップの第2の側の一部に連結され得る請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記細長いシーリングリップの少なくともシーリング部分は、弾性的に伸張された構成に保持され、それによって少なくとも前記シーリング部分を緊張状態に置く請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
- 前記緊張状態による少なくとも前記シーリング部分の長さの増大が、少なくとも0.5%である請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の密封線形エンコーダ装置。
