Description
Claims (13)
- スラリー燃料噴射器弁であって、
スラリー燃料が当該スラリー燃料噴射器弁を出てエンジンの燃焼室に向かうことができる燃料出口弁と、
ポンプ空洞と、
前記ポンプ空洞をポンプ室と作動室に隔てるポンプ要素と、
スラリー燃料が前記ポンプ室から前記燃料出口弁に流れることが可能な燃料導管と、
作動流体が前記作動室から前記燃料出口弁に流れることが可能な作動流体導管と、を備え、
前記燃料出口弁は、孔と、ニードル燃料室と、前記孔の中から前記ニードル燃料室の中に特定の可変の範囲まで突出するために前記孔の中で移動可能である弁ニードルとを有するニードル弁を備え、
前記作動流体導管は、作動流体導管出口において前記孔の中へと開放し、これにより作動流体が前記作動流体導管出口から、前記弁ニードルおよび前記孔の一方またはその両方と接触して放出可能であり、その結果、前記作動流体が、前記弁ニードルと前記孔との間に押し進められ、前記ニードル燃料室に入り込む、スラリー燃料噴射器弁。 - 前記弁ニードルは前記孔に対して回転可能である、請求項1に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記作動流体導管出口は、作動流体が、前記孔の中での前記弁ニードルの回転を促進するために、前記作動流体導管出口から、前記弁ニードルの一部分に当たって放出可能であるように前記弁ニードルに対して配置される、請求項2に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記弁ニードルの前記一部分の表面は、少なくとも1つの溝を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝または前記少なくとも1つの溝の各溝の少なくとも一部は、前記弁ニードルの軸方向に直交しない方向に延びている、請求項4に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記方向は前記弁ニードルの軸方向に対して傾いている、請求項5に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝または前記少なくとも1つの溝の各溝の前記一部はらせん形である、請求項5または6に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。

- 前記燃料導管は前記ニードル燃料室の中に開放する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 作動流体が作動流体源から前記作動室および前記作動流体導管に流れ込むことができる作動流体入口を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記作動流体入口を通る作動流体の流れを制御するために作動制御弁を備える、請求項10に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記作動流体入口と流体的に並列に配置され、作動流体を前記作動室から放出することが可能な作動流体出口を備える、請求項10または11に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
- 前記ポンプ要素はシャトルピストンを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のスラリー燃料噴射器弁。
