Claims (5)
- 2つの車両用部品を固定する車両用部品の締結構造において、
一方の前記車両用部品に設けた、締結軸方向に貫通する貫通孔と、前記貫通孔内にインサート成形で設けられ該貫通孔よりも前記締結軸方向に薄い被挟持部とを有するボス受け部と、
他方の前記車両用部品に設けられ、内部に締結孔を有し、前記締結軸方向における第1の方向に向く先端が前記被挟持部に当接するボス部と、
前記貫通孔に対して前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に向けて挿入されて前記被挟持部を貫通して前記締結孔に挿通される軸部と、前記被挟持部に当接する頭部とを有する締結部材と、
を備え、
前記締結部材の前記頭部の底面が前記被挟持部に当接し、
前記締結部材の前記頭部の前記底面全体と、前記ボス部の先端が前記被挟持部に当接する箇所とが、前記締結軸方向で前記貫通孔の範囲内に位置し、
前記被挟持部は円板状をなし、径方向の周縁を前記貫通孔の内面に埋入させて前記ボス受け部に設けられ、
前記被挟持部の前記周縁の径方向への埋入量が、前記締結軸方向での前記被挟持部の厚さ以上であることを特徴とする、車両用部品の締結構造。 - 2つの車両用部品を固定する車両用部品の締結構造において、
一方の前記車両用部品に設けた、締結軸方向に貫通する貫通孔と、前記貫通孔内にインサート成形で設けられ該貫通孔よりも前記締結軸方向に薄い被挟持部とを有するボス受け部と、
他方の前記車両用部品に設けられ、内部に締結孔を有し、前記締結軸方向における第1の方向に向く先端が前記被挟持部に当接するボス部と、
前記貫通孔に対して前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に向けて挿入されて前記被挟持部を貫通して前記締結孔に挿通される軸部と、前記被挟持部に当接する頭部とを有する締結部材と、
を備え、
前記締結部材の前記頭部の底面が前記被挟持部に当接し、
前記締結部材の前記頭部の前記底面全体と、前記ボス部の先端が前記被挟持部に当接する箇所とが、前記締結軸方向で前記貫通孔の範囲内に位置し、
前記被挟持部は周縁を前記貫通孔の内面に埋入させて前記ボス受け部に設けられ、
前記締結軸方向に対して垂直な方向への前記被挟持部の前記周縁の埋入量が、前記締結軸方向での前記被挟持部の厚さ以上であることを特徴とする、車両用部品の締結構造。 - 前記締結部材の前記頭部が前記被挟持部に当接する状態で、前記頭部の全体が前記締結軸方向で前記貫通孔の範囲内に位置する、請求項1又は2記載の車両用部品の締結構造。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記第1の方向側の端部に、該第1の方向に進むにつれて内径を大きくするテーパ面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の車両用部品の締結構造。
- 前記締結部材の前記頭部の前記底面全体と、前記ボス部の先端が前記被挟持部に当接する箇所全体とが、前記締結軸方向で前記貫通孔の範囲内に位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の車両用部品の締結構造。
