Claims (4)
- 吸気バルブ又は排気バルブである第1及び第2バルブと、
前記第1バルブにより開閉され燃焼室に連通した第1ポートを画定する第1周壁部と、
前記第1周壁部に形成され前記第1バルブが着座する第1バルブシートとなる第1肉盛溶接部と、を備え、
前記第1周壁部は、第1肉薄部と、前記第1肉薄部よりも径方向の厚みが増した第1肉厚部と、を有し、
前記第1肉薄部は、前記第1肉厚部の一方の端部から前記第1肉厚部の他方の端部まで前記第1周壁部の周方向に連続しており、
前記第1肉厚部は、前記第1バルブの軸線の方向から見て、前記第1及び第2バルブの双方の軸線を通過する第1線分よりも前記燃焼室の中心側であって、かつ前記第1線分に直交し前記第1バルブの軸線を通過する第2線分よりも前記燃焼室の中心側とは反対側の第1領域に位置し、
前記第1肉薄部は、前記第1領域以外の領域に位置している、内燃機関のシリンダヘッド。 - 前記第1及び第2バルブは、前記吸気バルブである、請求項1の内燃機関のシリンダヘッド。
- 前記第2バルブにより開閉され前記燃焼室に連通する第2ポートを画定する第2周壁部と、
前記第2周壁部に形成され前記第2バルブが着座する第2バルブシートとなる第2肉盛溶接部と、を備え、
前記第2周壁部は、第2肉薄部と、前記第2肉薄部よりも径方向の厚みが増した第2肉厚部と、を有し、
前記第2肉薄部は、前記第2肉厚部の一方の端部から前記第2肉厚部の他方の端部まで前記第2周壁部の周方向に連続しており、
前記第2肉厚部は、前記第2バルブの軸線の方向から見て、前記第1線分よりも前記燃焼室の中心側であって、かつ前記第1線分に直交し前記第2バルブの軸線を通過する第3線分よりも前記燃焼室の中心側の反対側の第2領域に位置し、
前記第2肉薄部は、前記第2領域以外の領域に位置している、請求項1又は2の内燃機関のシリンダヘッド。 - 前記第1肉厚部は、前記第1バルブの軸線に沿って前記燃焼室から離れる方向に延在している、請求項1乃至3の何れかの内燃機関のシリンダヘッド。
