Claims (4)
- 相手方コネクタとの間のコネクタ挿抜方向に沿って相手方接続端子に対して挿抜される端子接続部、及び、電線の端末に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される電線接続部を有する導電性の接続端子と、
前記電線の端末を同軸上で外周面側から覆い、かつ、前記電線のシールド部材に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される導電性の円筒状のシールドターミナルと、
前記接続端子が収容される第1収容部、並びに、前記シールドターミナル及び前記電線の端末が前記コネクタ挿抜方向に対する直交方向に軸線を沿わせて収容され、かつ、前記シールドターミナルのターミナル引出部及び前記電線の端末の電線引出部を前記直交方向に沿って外方に引き出させる第2収容部を有する絶縁性のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングと前記ターミナル引出部と前記電線引出部とが収容される導電性のシールドシェルと、
前記コネクタ挿抜方向を螺子軸とし、前記相手方コネクタに対するコネクタ嵌合完了状態のときに前記シールドシェルを前記相手方コネクタ側の固定部に固定させる雄螺子部材と、
前記ターミナル引出部と前記電線引出部との間に同軸上で介在させた絶縁性の円筒状の第1防水部材と、
前記第2収容部の中で当該第2収容部と前記シールドターミナルとの間に同軸上で介在させた絶縁性の円筒状の第2防水部材と、
を備え、
前記シールドシェルは、前記雄螺子部材を挿通させる貫通孔が各々形成され、かつ、前記ハウジングを前記コネクタ挿抜方向で挟み込む第1シェル及び第2シェルと、前記コネクタ嵌合完了状態のときに前記ターミナル引出部を前記コネクタ挿抜方向で挟み持つ第1押圧プレート及び第2押圧プレートと、を有することを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記第1押圧プレートと前記第2押圧プレートの内の少なくとも一方は、前記ターミナル引出部の外周面に向けて膨出させ、かつ、前記コネクタ嵌合完了状態のときに前記ターミナル引出部の前記外周面に押圧力を作用させる押圧部を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1押圧プレートは、前記第1シェルの一部分として前記第1シェルと一体になって成形されたものであり、
前記第2押圧プレートは、前記第2シェルの一部分として前記第2シェルと一体になって成形されたものであることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第1押圧プレートは、前記第1シェルとは別の部品として成形されたものであり、
前記第2押圧プレートは、前記第2シェルとは別の部品として成形されたものであり、
前記第1シェルと前記第2シェルは、前記コネクタ嵌合完了状態のときに前記第1押圧プレートと前記第2押圧プレートを前記コネクタ挿抜方向で挟み持たせるものとして形成されることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
