Description
Claims (1)
- ディスクブレーキであって、該ディスクブレーキは、
ディスクを跨いで車両に固定され制動時のトルクを受けるトルク受面を有した取付部材と、
前記取付部材に支持される裏金と該裏金に貼付された摩擦材としてのライニングとを有し、前記裏金にはディスク周方向両側に位置する側面部に前記制動時のトルクを前記取付部材の前記トルク受面に当接して伝達する耳部が形成された摩擦パッドと、
前記取付部材に摺動可能に設けられ、前記摩擦パッドを前記ディスクに押圧するキャリパと、
前記摩擦パッドの前記耳部のうち車両前進時にディスク回入側となる一方の耳部と該一方の耳部に対向する前記取付部材のトルク受面との間に設けられ、前記摩擦パッドをディスク回出側に向けて付勢する付勢部と、が備えられ、
前記付勢部は、
前記裏金に取付けられる取付部と、
前記取付部の端部から前記ディスクとは離れる方向に延出された延出部と、
前記延出部から折返されて前記ディスクに近付く方向に延出され、前記耳部と前記トルク受面とが当接した場合に、前記耳部を挟んで前記ディスクとは反対側位置で前記トルク受面に当接して、前記トルク受面から反力を受ける当接部と、
が備えられており、
前記延出部は、前記取付部からディスク軸方向に沿って延出する軸方向延出板と、前記軸方向延出板から前記トルク受面に近付く方向に延びる周方向延出板とからなり、
前記当接部は、前記周方向延出板から前記耳部と前記トルク受面との間に向けて延びており、
前記当接部の先端には、ディスク軸方向とのなす角が大きくなるように前記トルク受面に向けて折曲げられ、前記トルク受面に弾性をもって接触する接触部が設けられていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。
