Claims (7)
- 燃焼ガスが接触する高温使用環境面及び燃焼ガスが接触しない低温使用環境面を有する第1部材と第2部材とを溶接により接合する部材の接合方法において、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、互いが当接するそれぞれの当接面に鈎部が設けられ、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが前記鈎部を介して当接された状態で、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材における前記高温使用環境面側から溶接を行うとき、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材の接合面における前記高温使用環境面と前記低温使用環境面との間の厚さが溶接方向で一定厚さとなるように加工すると共に、前記接合面が密着するように位置決めした後、溶接を行い、且つ、加工部や裏波の欠陥部を肉盛補修で修復する、
ことを特徴とする部材の接合方法。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、位置決め部が設けられ、接合面が密着した位置で前記位置決め部を介して治具を用いて固定され、この状態で溶接を行い、
前記第1部材は、鉛直方向に長い形状をなし、前記第2部材は、前記第1部材の周囲に配置され、前記治具は、前記第1部材における鉛直方向の各端部に設けられた前記位置決め部を支持する第1治具と、前記第2部材の外面を支持する第2治具とを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材の接合方法。 - 前記治具は、前記第1部材の周囲を支持する第3治具を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記高温使用環境面側からレーザ粉体肉盛溶接法により溶接を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材と前記レーザ粉体肉盛溶接法で用いる粉体とが同一材料に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材の一方または両方が三次元積層法により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材は、タービン翼の翼体を構成する翼体分割体であり、前記第2部材は、前記タービン翼のシュラウドを構成する複数のシュラウド分割体であり、前記高温使用環境面は、ガスパス面であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
