複数の羽根車セグメント(1S)を製造するステップであり、各々の前記羽根車セグメント(1S)が、吸気口(19)および排気口(21)を有しかつ前記羽根車(1)の動翼(7)の間にそれぞれの流路(9)を形成する筒状部品(13)と、シュラウドセグメント(5X)と、ディスクセグメント(3X)と、を備える、製造するステップと、
前記羽根車セグメント(1S)を互いに組み立てかつ接合し、隣接する羽根車セグメント(1S)の筒状部品(13)の間に中空のギャップ(S)を残すステップと、
粉末材料で前記中空のギャップ(S)を埋めるステップと、
熱間静水圧プレス成形によって前記埋められたスペース(S)内の前記粉末材料を緻密化するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 各々の前記羽根車セグメント(1S)が、各々の前記ディスクセグメント(3X)内に中空のボリュームを含み、前記ディスクセグメント(3X)の前記中空のボリュームは、一旦前記羽根車セグメント(1S)が互いに組み立てられかつ接合されると中空の環状キャビティ(41)を形成し、前記中空の環状キャビティ(41)が、熱間静水圧プレス成形によって緻密化される粉末材料で埋められる、請求項18記載の方法。
- 各々の前記羽根車セグメント(1S)が、各々の前記シュラウドセグメント(5X)内に中空のボリュームを含み、前記シュラウドセグメント(5X)の前記中空のボリュームは、一旦前記羽根車セグメント(1S)が互いに組み立てられかつ接合されると中空の環状キャビティ(41)を形成し、前記中空の環状キャビティ(41)が、熱間静水圧プレス成形によって緻密化される粉末材料で埋められる、請求項18または19記載の方法。
