まず、図1を用いて、本発明の一実施形態に係るタイヤ10の構成について説明する。
次に、図2を用いて、本発明の一実施形態に係るベルト26について説明する。
次に、本実施形態のタイヤ10の製造方法の一例を説明する。
次に、本実施の形態に係るタイヤ10の作用、効果について説明する。
また、本実施形態では、図3(C)に示されるように、補助プレート42の外周面42Aに補強シート44が巻き付けられた状態で、図3(D)に示されるように、当該補強シート44に溶融樹脂48を吐出させ、補強シート44の表面を溶融樹脂48で覆い、補強部28及び樹脂部32を含むベルト26を形成しているが、当該ベルト26の製造方法はこれに限るものではない。
Claims (4)
- 環状のタイヤ骨格部材と、
前記タイヤ骨格部材のタイヤ径方向外側に設けられたベルトと、
を備え、
前記ベルトは、
補強コードが交錯して形成された補強部と、
前記補強部を覆う樹脂部と、
を含んで構成され、
前記補強コードの少なくとも一部がカーボン繊維により形成され、前記補強部は、前記カーボン繊維を含む補強コードが編み込まれて形成された織布であるタイヤ。 - 前記タイヤ骨格部材と前記補強部の間には、樹脂層が設けられている請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤを製造するためのタイヤの製造方法であって、
前記ベルトの形状に合わせて形成された筒状の補助プレートの外周面に、前記補強部を形成する補強シートを取付ける補強シート取付け工程と、
前記補助プレートの外周面に取付けられた前記補強シートの表面に前記樹脂部を形成する溶融樹脂を流し、当該補強シートの表面を前記溶融樹脂で被覆する樹脂被覆工程と、
を有するタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記補強シート取付け工程の前に、前記補助プレートの外周面に請求項2に記載の樹脂層を形成する樹脂シートを取付ける樹脂シート取付け工程が設けられている請求項3に記載のタイヤの製造方法。
