Description

一形態において、任意で吸着分離器またはポートアセンブリの横平面に沿って測定された熱導電率である。一実施形態において、熱導電率の閾値は例えば約10W/mK、より詳細には約5.0W/mK、さらに詳細には約2.0W/mK、もっと詳細には約0.3W/mKの熱導電率を備える。
その一実施形態において、例えば、図1aで示すように、固定子20は、ポートアセンブリ21とポートアセンブリ27の間、ポートアセンブリ25とポートアセンブリ27の間、ポートアセンブリ23とポートアセンブリ25の間、ポートアセンブリ23とポートアセンブリ21の間に配置された複数のエアギャップを有する構成であり、一形態において、例えば、実施的に吸着分離器10の横軸16に対して平行な面に沿って熱の移動を有利に減少させ、更なる一形態において、流体漏出はポートアセンブリから周囲環境へ逃がすのが望ましい。一実施形態において、一対のポートアセンブリ間に配置された断熱装置の使用は、吸着分離器10内にある一区間から他区間への望ましくない熱の移動を有利に減少させる。
Claims (6)
- 吸着ガス分離器を格納するための収容器と、
前記収容器と接続しているロータアセンブリであり、少なくとも1つの接触器を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの接触器は少なくとも1つの吸着材料を備える前記ロータアセンブリと、
前記収容器に接続された固定子と、
前記固定子および前記ロータアセンブリの間にシールを形成するための前記固定子に接続された少なくとも1つのポートアセンブリとを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのポートアセンブリはさらに、
前記少なくとも1つの接触器に流体連結するための流体通路と、
前記固定子に接続された隔壁であり、前記流体通路に流体連結するための前記流体通路を有する前記隔壁と、
前記隔壁に接着し、前記ロータアセンブリに接続するフローティングシールであり、前記流体通路に流体連結するための前記流体通路を有し、前記隔壁は前記フローティングシールをすべての方向に移動可能にする前記フローティングシールを備える吸着ガス分離器。 - 前記ポートアセンブリは、前記フローティングシールを前記ロータアセンブリと接続するようにするための封止付勢装置をさらに備える請求項1に記載の吸着ガス分離器。
- 前記ポートアセンブリは、前記封止付勢装置を調整するための封止力調整装置をさらに備える請求項2に記載の吸着ガス分離器。
- 前記ポートアセンブリは、前記隔壁を前記固定子に接続するための格納器をさらに備え、
前記ポートアセンブリの前記格納器は、10W/mK未満の熱導電率を備える請求項1に記載の吸着ガス分離器。 - 前記ポートアセンブリの前記フローティングシールは、10W/mK未満の熱導電率を備える請求項1に記載の吸着ガス分離器。
- 前記ポートアセンブリの前記フローティングシールは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、黒鉛またはアラミドから成る請求項1に記載の吸着ガス分離器。
