Description
(1)エンジン発電機100は、シリンダ10a内を往復動するピストン10を有するエンジン1と、三相の巻線24を有し、エンジン1により駆動されて発電する一方、エンジン始動時にエンジン始動用電動機として動作可能な発電部2と、発電部2に電気的に接続される電力変換回路31と、エンジン始動時に電力変換回路31を介して発電部2に電力を供給するバッテリ5と、エンジン1の回転数を検出するクランク角センサ46と、巻線24の結線状態をY結線およびΔ結線のいずれかに切り替えるスイッチ回路25と、エンジン始動時にクランク角センサ46により検出されたエンジン回転数Nが所定回転数Na(例えば図5のN1)に達するまでは結線状態をY結線に切替え、クランク角センサ46により検出されたエンジン回転数Nが所定回転数Na以上になると結線状態をΔ結線に切替えるようにスイッチ回路25のオンオフを制御する制御ユニット33とを備える(図1,図2,図4,ステップS1,ステップS4)。
Claims (3)
- シリンダ内を往復動するピストンを有するエンジンと、
三相の巻線を有し、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する一方、エンジン始動時にエンジン始動用電動機として動作可能な発電部と、
前記発電部に電気的に接続される電力変換回路と、
エンジン始動時に前記エンジンのクランキングが行われるように前記電力変換回路を介して前記発電部に電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数検出部と、
前記巻線の結線状態をY結線およびΔ結線のいずれかに切り替える結線切替え部と、
エンジン始動時に前記クランキングが開始される前に結線状態を前記Y結線に切替え、前記クランキングが終了する前に前記回転数検出部により検出された前記クランキングによるエンジン回転数が、前記クランキングが開始された後に前記エンジンが1回目の圧縮工程を完了するときの回転数である所定回転数以上になると、結線状態を前記Δ結線に切替えるように前記結線切替え部を制御する結線切替え制御部と、を備えることを特徴とするエンジン発電機。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジン発電機において、
前記バッテリから前記発電部への電力供給を開始および遮断する電力供給制御部をさらに備え、
前記所定回転数は、第1回転数であり、
前記電力供給制御部は、前記回転数検出部により検出された前記クランキングによるエンジン回転数が前記第1回転数よりも高い第2回転数以上になると、前記クランキングを終了するように前記バッテリから前記発電部への電力供給を遮断することを特徴とするエンジン発電機。 - 請求項2に記載のエンジン発電機において、
前記第2回転数は、前記エンジンが完爆可能となるときのエンジン回転数に相当することを特徴とするエンジン発電機。
