Description
Claims (4)
- 相手側端子ピンが挿抜される接続部を備え、
前記接続部は、前記相手側端子ピンの挿抜方向に延びる中心軸周りに間隔をあけて並ぶ複数の導通片を有し、
各導通片は、前記相手側端子ピンが挿入されたときに該相手側端子ピンと接触する内側面を前記中心軸に向けた状態で前記相手側端子ピンの抜去方向に延びる板状であり、
前記各導通片の先端を含む先端側部位は、前記先端に近づくにつれて前記中心軸から離れるように傾斜し、
前記先端側部位の表面は、先端面と、前記内側面の反対側の面である外側面と、前記先端面と前記外側面とを接続し且つ前記先端面及び前記外側面に対して傾斜する接続面と、
を含む、コネクタ端子。 - 請求項1に記載のコネクタ端子と、
前記相手側端子ピンが挿入可能な端子挿入口及び前記端子挿入口と反対側の基端側開口を通じて外部と連通し、且つ、前記各導通片の前記先端側部位を前記端子挿入口に向けた状態で前記コネクタ端子を収容する端子収容部を有するコネクタハウジングと、を備え、
前記端子収容部は、前記接続部の周囲を囲った状態で前記端子挿入口側に延びる筒状内周面を有する、コネクタ。 - 所定の平面に沿った平板状のコネクタ端子部材であって、前記平面に沿った所定の方向である第一方向に長尺な筒部本体と、前記筒部本体から第一方向と直交し且つ前記平面に沿った第二方向に沿って延びると共に、第一方向に間隔をあけて並ぶ複数の導通片と、を有するコネクタ端子部材に対し、前記導通片の先端を含む先端側部位が前記筒部本体に対して同じ方向に傾斜するように各導通片が曲げ加工される導通片曲げ工程と、
前記コネクタ端子部材における前記各導通片の前記先端側部位において、厚み方向の一方側の面と該先端側部位の先端面とによって構成される角部が前記先端面がなくならない範囲で面取りされる面取り工程と、
前記導通片曲げ工程及び前記面取り工程の後に、前記導通片の一方側の面が外側を向き、且つ、前記導通片曲げ工程での前記先端側部位の傾斜が先端に近づくにつれて中心軸から離れる方向の傾斜となるように、前記コネクタ端子部材の前記筒部本体が長尺方向の端部同士を対向させた筒状に曲げ加工される筒部形成工程と、を備える、コネクタ端子の製造方法。 - 前記面取り工程は、前記導通片曲げ工程より先に行われ、
該面取り工程では、前記各導通片の先端側部位における面取り後の面が同一平面上に位置するように前記各導通片の先端側部位の面取りが同じタイミングで行われる、請求項3に記載のコネクタ端子の製造方法。
