Description
Claims (4)
- エンジンの回転がトランスミッションに伝わって車輪が回転する産業車両の変速制御装置において、
前記産業車両の実車速を検出する車速検出部と、
前記産業車両の車速制限値を設定する車速制限値設定部と、
前記車速検出部により検出された前記実車速と前記車速制限値設定部により設定された前記車速制限値とに基づいて、前記トランスミッションの変速段を決定する変速段決定部と、
前記変速段決定部により決定された前記変速段に応じて前記トランスミッションを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記変速段決定部は、前記車速制限値が現在の変速段でのシフトアップ車速よりも大きい閾値以下であるときは、前記トランスミッションをシフトアップせずに現在の変速段に維持することを特徴とする産業車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速段決定部は、前記車速制限値が前記閾値よりも大きいと共に前記実車速が前記シフトアップ車速以上であるときは、前記トランスミッションをシフトアップすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の産業車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記閾値は、前記シフトアップ車速よりも大きく且つ現在の変速段での最高速よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2記載の産業車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記車速制限値設定部は、前記産業車両の車速制限の有効及び無効を切り換える機能を有し、
前記変速段決定部は、前記実車速が現在の変速段でのシフトダウン車速以下であるときは、前記トランスミッションをシフトダウンすることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の産業車両の変速制御装置。
