Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る不整地走行車両10のブロック図である。不整地走行車両10は、エンジン12と、オープンデフ14を介して車輪16にエンジン12の出力を伝達する自動変速機18とを有する。エンジン12、自動変速機18及びオープンデフ14の構成は周知であるため、詳細な説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係る不整地走行車両10の動作について説明する前に、従来技術の問題点について説明する。この問題点の説明では、必要に応じて、図1のブロック図に図示された構成要素を用いて説明する場合がある。
そこで、本実施形態に係る不整地走行車両10では、上記の問題点を解決するため、図5〜図9のフローチャートを示す動作を実行する。
本実施形態に係る不整地走行車両10においては、乗員がシートベルト22を装着している場合には、第1変速形態56を用いて自動変速機18の変速ギア段を切り替える。一方、乗員がシートベルト22を装着していない場合には、第2変速形態58を用いて自動変速機18の変速ギア段を切り替える。これにより、車両内の機構を変更することなく、乗員がシートベルト22を装着していないときの車速Vの制限が可能となる。この結果、コストや重量を増加させることなく、車速Vを制限することができる。

Claims (4)
- エンジン(12)から自動変速機(18)を介して車輪(16)に該エンジン(12)の出力を伝達することにより走行する不整地走行車両(10)において、
該不整地走行車両(10)の乗員がシートベルト(22)を装着したか否かを判定するシートベルト装着判定手段(52)と、
車速(V)及びスロットル開度に応じた前記自動変速機(18)の変速タイミングが設定された第1変速形態(56)と、
前記スロットル開度の値に関わりなく、前記車速(V)の値に応じた変速タイミングが設定された第2変速形態(58)と、
前記乗員が前記シートベルト(22)を装着していると前記シートベルト装着判定手段(52)が判定した場合には、前記第1変速形態(56)を用いて前記自動変速機(18)の変速ギア比を切り替え、一方で、前記乗員が前記シートベルト(22)を装着していないと前記シートベルト装着判定手段(52)が判定した場合には、前記第2変速形態(58)を用いて前記変速ギア比を切り替える自動変速機制御手段(20)と、
を有することを特徴とする不整地走行車両(10)。 - 請求項1記載の不整地走行車両(10)において、
前記自動変速機制御手段(20)は、前記第2変速形態(58)を用いて前記変速ギア比を切り替える場合、所定の変速ギア比よりも高い変速ギア比へのシフトアップを禁止することを特徴とする不整地走行車両(10)。 - 請求項2記載の不整地走行車両(10)において、
前記自動変速機制御手段(20)は、前記乗員が前記シートベルト(22)を装着していないと前記シートベルト装着判定手段(52)が判定した場合、所定の制限速度(Vr)以上の車速(V)での前記変速ギア比のシフトアップを禁止することを特徴とする不整地走行車両(10)。 - 請求項3記載の不整地走行車両(10)において、
前記自動変速機制御手段(20)は、前記第2変速形態(58)を用いて前記変速ギア比を切り替える場合、3速よりも高い変速ギア比へのシフトアップを禁止することを特徴とする不整地走行車両(10)。
