Description
本発明の熱交換器によれば、第2スリットが切り起こし壁部を有している。このため、この切り起こし壁部により、伝熱管の表面に沿った方向に加熱用気体の流れを曲げることができる。これにより、熱交換効率が向上する。
本発明の温水装置は、上記の熱交換器と、その熱交換器により熱交換される加熱用気体を発生させるバーナとを備えている。
まず、本発明の一実施の形態における温水装置の構成について図1を用いて説明する。
まずフィン1が形成される。フィン1は、図6に示されるように、複数のフィン1となる部分が繋がった状態の1枚のステンレス製の平板を切り離すことにより形成される。この切り離しにより、図4および図5に示すフィン1が形成される。また上記の切り離しにより、フィン1の凹部1hと凸部1iとが形成される。
Claims (10)
- 伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管が挿通される円形状の複数の挿通孔を有し、かつ材質にステンレスを含むフィンとを備え、
前記複数の挿通孔は、単列をなすように第1の方向に沿って並んで配置され、
前記複数の挿通孔は、互いに隣り合う第1挿通孔と第2挿通孔とを有し、
前記フィンは、前記第1の方向に交差する第2の方向に互いに対向する第1端部および第2端部を有し、
前記フィンは、前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向かって延びる第1スリットと、前記第2端部から前記第1端部に向かって延びる第2スリットとを有し、
前記第2スリットは、切り起こし壁部が配置された第1縁部と、前記切り起こし壁部が配置されない第2縁部とを有し、
前記第2スリットの前記第1縁部は、前記第2スリットの前記第2縁部よりも前記第2端部の近くに位置している、熱交換器。 - 前記第1スリットの先端は、前記第1挿通孔の前記円形状の中心と前記第2挿通孔の前記円形状の中心とを繋ぐ中心線よりも前記第2端部側に位置している、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2スリットの先端は、前記第1挿通孔と前記第2挿通孔とに挟まれる領域内に位置している、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1縁部の正面形状は、前記第2端部から前記第1端部に向けて突き出した湾曲形状を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の挿通孔の各々の周囲には、バーリング壁部が配置されており、
前記第1の方向に延びて前記挿通孔の前記円形状の中心を通る仮想の直線と、前記円形状の中心を通り前記仮想の直線に直交する仮想の垂線とを想定した場合に、前記バーリング壁部は、前記仮想の垂線が通過する部分に切欠を有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記フィンは、前記仮想の垂線が通過する部分に、前記フィンの端縁から前記挿通孔に向けて窪んだ凹部を有している、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1スリットの先端部における前記第1の方向に沿う幅は、前記第2スリットの先端部における前記第1の方向に沿う幅と同一の寸法となるように設定されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器により熱交換される加熱用気体を発生させるバーナとを備えた、温水装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器を製造する方法であって、
前記フィンの前記挿通孔に前記伝熱管を圧入する工程と、
前記フィンに前記伝熱管をろう付けする工程とを備えた、熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記フィンは、前記複数の挿通孔の各々の周囲にバーリング壁部を有するように、かつ凹部を有するように準備され、
前記第1の方向に延びて前記挿通孔の前記円形状の中心を通る仮想の直線と、前記円形状の中心を通り前記仮想の直線に直交する仮想の垂線とを想定した場合に、前記バーリング壁部は、前記仮想の垂線が通過する部分に切欠を有するように形成され、
前記凹部は、前記仮想の垂線が通過する部分に、前記フィンの端縁から前記挿通孔に向けて窪むように形成され、
前記ろう付けする工程は、ろう材を前記凹部から前記バーリング壁部の前記切欠を通じて前記伝熱管と前記フィンとの間へ流す工程を含む、請求項9に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
