[装置構成]
図1は、実施形態の高温動作型燃料電池システムの一例を示す図である。
また、水供給器8は、改質器3に水を供給できれば、どのような構成であってもよい。水供給器8として、例えば、容積型のポンプなどを例示できる。
以下、実施形態のSOFCシステム100の動作の一例について図面を参照しながら説明する。

Claims (4)
- 空気および原料を用いて改質ガスを生成する改質器と、前記改質器に前記空気を供給する空気供給器と、前記改質器からの改質ガスおよび空気を用いて発電する燃料電池と、前記燃料電池から排出された未利用の改質ガスおよび空気が燃焼する燃焼器と、前記燃焼器で発生した燃焼排ガスが流通する燃焼排ガス経路と、前記燃焼排ガス経路に設けられ、前記燃焼排ガス中に含まれる有害成分を浄化するための燃焼触媒を含む浄化器と、前記燃焼触媒を加熱する加熱器と、制御器と、前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うための着火器と、を備える高温動作型燃料電池システムであって、
前記制御器は、前記高温動作型燃料電池システムのパージ動作が不可能な異常停止を検知した場合、起動時に、所定温度にまで前記燃焼触媒を加熱するように前記加熱器を制御した後、前記改質器に空気を供給することで前記高温動作型燃料電池システムをパージするように空気供給器を制御し、
前記高温動作型燃料電池システムのパージ動作が不可能な異常停止を検知しなかった場合、起動時に、前記加熱器による前記燃焼触媒の加熱を行わずに、前記改質器に原料を供給することで前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うように前記着火器を制御する高温動作型燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御器は、前記改質器に空気が供給されることで前記高温動作型燃料電池システムをパージした後、前記改質器に前記原料を供給することで前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うように前記着火器を制御する請求項1に記載の高温動作型燃料電池システム。
- 空気および原料を用いて改質ガスを生成する改質器と、前記改質器に前記空気を供給する空気供給器と、前記改質器からの改質ガスおよび空気を用いて発電する燃料電池と、前記燃料電池から排出された未利用の改質ガスおよび空気が燃焼する燃焼器と、前記燃焼器で発生した燃焼排ガスが流通する燃焼排ガス経路と、前記燃焼排ガス経路に設けられ、前記燃焼排ガス中に含まれる有害成分を浄化するための燃焼触媒を含む浄化器と、前記燃焼触媒を加熱する加熱器と、前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うための着火器と、を備える高温動作型燃料電池システムの運転方法であって、
前記高温動作型燃料電池システムのパージ動作が不可能な異常停止を検知した場合、起動時に、所定温度にまで前記燃焼触媒を加熱するように前記加熱器を制御した後、前記改質器に空気を供給することで前記高温動作型燃料電池システムをパージするように前記空気供給器を制御し、
前記高温動作型燃料電池システムのパージ動作が不可能な異常停止を検知しなかった場合、起動時に、前記加熱器による前記燃焼触媒の加熱を行わずに、前記改質器に原料を供給することで前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うように前記着火器を制御する高温動作型燃料電池システムの運転方法。 - 前記改質器に空気が供給されることで前記高温動作型燃料電池システムをパージした後、前記改質器に前記原料を供給することで前記燃焼器への着火動作を行うように前記着火器を制御する請求項3に記載の高温動作型燃料電池システムの運転方法。
