Description
Claims (5)
- 先端部の外周面に凸部が形成された接続パイプに樹脂チューブを接続する配管継手であって、
前記樹脂チューブが圧入されるハウジングと、
前記接続パイプが挿入されて前記接続パイプとの間をシールする弾性伸縮可能なシール部材と、
前記シール部材を締め付けるシールバンドと、を備え、
前記ハウジングは、一方端部に位置して外周面側に前記樹脂チューブが圧入される第一ハウジング部と、他方端部に位置する第二ハウジング部と、を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記第二ハウジング部の内周面側に挿入される第一シール部と、前記ハウジングから突出して前記シールバンドに締め付けられる第二シール部と、を有する、
配管継手。 - 前記第二ハウジング部の内周面又は前記第一シール部の外周面の何れか一方には、凹部が形成されており、
前記第二ハウジング部の内周面又は前記第一シール部の外周面の何れか他方には、前記凹部に嵌め込まれる凸部が形成されている、
請求項1に記載の配管継手。 - 前記ハウジングと前記シール部材とは、一体的に成形されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の配管継手。 - 前記ハウジングと前記シール部材とは、別部材である、
請求項1又は2に記載の配管継手。 - 樹脂チューブと、
請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の配管継手と、を備え、
前記第一ハウジング部が前記樹脂チューブに圧入されている、
樹脂チューブ組立体。
