Claims (9)
- 電磁弁のための弁可動子(10)であって、導磁性の金属より成る基体(11)を備えており、該基体(11)の一端部に、導入斜面(14.2)を有し、閉鎖部材(24)を備えたタペット(20)を受ける凹部(14)が配置されており、タペット基体(22)がプラスチックより成っていて、前記基体(11)と共に圧縮成形複合体を形成している形式のものにおいて、
前記基体(11)が、前記タペット基体(22)の塑性変形部を受ける、前記凹部(14)に接続された環状溝(16)を有しており、前記塑性変形部が、前記環状溝(16)と形状締結を形成し、前記タペット基体(22)を追加的に前記凹部(14)内で固定することを特徴とする、電磁弁のための弁可動子。 - 前記プラスチックが熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁可動子。
- 前記凹部(14)が盲孔として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁可動子。
- 前記環状溝(16)が、前記凹部(14)の壁部と前記タペット基体(22)との間の接触ゾーン(23)の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁可動子。
- 前記環状溝(16)が開口(14.1)の方向に、前記凹部(14)に通じる縁部(17)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁可動子。
- 前記縁部(17)が、前記環状溝(16)と前記凹部(14)との間で直角を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の弁可動子。
- 前記タペット基体(22)が環状隆起部(26)を有していて、該環状隆起部(26)の端面に前記閉鎖部材(24)が一体成形されており、この場合、前記環状隆起部(26)の、前記閉鎖部材(24)とは反対側の端面が前記導入斜面(14.2)に合わせられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁可動子。
- 前記タペット基体(22)の寸法が前記凹部(14)の寸法に合わせられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁可動子。
- 電磁弁のための弁カートリッジ(1)であって、ガイドスリーブ(4)と、該ガイドスリーブ(4)内でリターンスプリング(7)の力に抗して閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で軸方向に可動にガイドされた、閉鎖部材(24)を備えたタペット(20)を有する弁可動子(10)と、前記ガイドスリーブ(4)に接続された、バルブシート(6.1)を備えた弁スリーブ(6)とを有しており、前記バルブシート(6.1)が、少なくとも1つの第1の流通開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの第2の流通開口(6.3)との間に配置されており、この場合、前記閉鎖部材(24)が閉鎖位置で気密に前記バルブシート(6.1)と協働して、少なくとも1つの前記第1の流通開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの前記第2の流通開口(6.3)との間で流体の流れを遮断し、前記閉鎖部材(24)が開放位置で前記バルブシート(6.1)から持ち上げられて、少なくとも1つの前記第1の流通開口(6.2)と少なくとも1つの前記第2の流通開口(6.3)との間で流体の流れを可能にする形式のものにおいて、
前記弁可動子(10)が、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁可動子であることを特徴とする、電磁弁のための弁カートリッジ。
